Convenient to airport. Dirty shabby exterior, almost looked like it was abandoned. Run down neighborhood. Excessive charge for internet use. Argumentative front desk staff. |

close to airport and nice and quiet need to explain on their site more specifically about the shuttle service ie that it operates up until 10.30am and then not until 4pm.Found that bus service out there was very efficient though and the bus staff were very helpful |

It's location was good. The Restaurant waiter was not very good. In the morning I waited 7 minutes for the one elevator. |

wake-up/ease of shuttle to airport - took our name for this right away at check-in and explained details so we knew exactly what would happen/excellent breakfast! Nice roomy bath, comfortable bed room could be larger for price payed, but OK |

The meals in the dining room were good. There were children playing loud music and running through the dining room area; the room was spartan with three single beds; there was no shuttle available to meet us at the airport and we had to get a taxi in the rain; the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport was not friendly; the bed was really hard - felt like canvas attached to a frame. |

Close to Airport for late arrivals into Leonardo Da Vinci, although without my personal sat nav/GPS I would have had great difficulty finding the location of the Hotel in the darkness. I was given a room on the highest floor but beware ... acutely slopping roof ... don't stay in the south west facing rooms, due to the "slopping ceiling which tapers away from half way into the room to the external wall" - 3 metres centrally in the room to less than a metre at the outside wall, most peculiar and not at all acceptable for the price, with only a small skylight for natural light!!! |

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also affordable and great food. Very close to the airport (10 min) and the beach (20 min on bus). |

Restaurant and bar available. Close to Fiumicino airport. Good service with wake-up call and taxi for early morning flight. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, reasonable price compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy. |
