Location couldn't be better 5 min walk to termini station. 15 min to Spanish steps. Typical sweet Italian breakfast but on the same street lovely bistro with loads of panini and sandwiches for around 4 euros. Locally loads of restaurants to eat in the evening( if do not fancy going far). As we have been in Rome for 6 nights we bought omnia passes and hop on hop bus best thing ever- 5 min walk from the hotel was the stop.
Bin lorries at the night were bit noisy but I guess it's like that in whole rome
Not so tidy rooms with old furniture, bad wifi signal
Quite close to the city center, very good transport connection, metro station could be reached within 5-7mins, nice restaurants and cafes around, very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast included sweet stuff only but there are cafes around.
Nice place in good position, in a little quiet steet, walk distance from main attractions - but there are also bus stops if you don't want to walk a lot. It's on 2nd floor (with lift), there are 5 different rooms. Our room was recently renovated (tiles, wall-painting, new furnitures), the private bathroom was equipped with also a bidet! Cleaning was OK, staff was very kind. Breakfast was tipical italian: croissant, jam, coffee (from coffee machine).
We could use wifi after going to reception (in an other building), but after finding out the password, it was OK.
Booking.com forget to tell me to check in in different place than our hotel wad placed!
location, price. Very happy with staff, spoke very good english and give us lots of tips. Lady serving breakfast very nice , didn't speak very good english but we understood each other . We enjoy our stay at Collina Inn , thank you , loved Rome
Wasn't too much except the shower , water was splashing allover but wasn't a big deal
Very good deal for the price. Very clean rooms. The room looked very modern and well-furnished.
The breakfast buffet
very kind and helpful staffs, specially staff of room cleaning was really good person with smile. room was clean and neat.
sometimes bad wifi connection.
Good location within walking distance of termini, basic room a little cramped but clean and tidy
Breakfast basic and no English speaking tv, the wifi was not available in the room.
Good place in relation to such price. Very close to most important places, nice service.
Wi-fi was very poor but as you spend all days in city who cares...
Very clean, good localization.
Small room and some problems with hot water in shower
location is good near metro and train station. clean and peace.
room is a little bit small. internet is not so good.
A very well located, clean and nice location; pleasant, helpful and friendly staff!!
Problems with the wifi-connection
1. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. 2. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting all the sites. 3. We were pleasantly surprised when seeing the room , true quality for a low price, and very clean. 4. Delicious breakfast.
1. The WiFi connection didn't always work properly but other than that , wonderful place to spend our holiday.
The area was amazing, it's a chic area in rome. The service was great and the room was pretty clean and cosy.
The wifi didnt work and the hotel was hard to find since its actually in a normal buuilding and u have to check in somewhere else in the street nearby
The staff at the check in desk were very helpful, spoke very good English and showed us directly to our hotel (round the corner). He answered any of our queries and was polite and professional, even making note of what time we would like our breakfast served. The lady who worked in our section of the building was lovely, she knocked to serve us breakfast* every morning at the time we had requested and asked if we would like our room cleaned each day, she was also very helpful and spoke quite good English (which was important for us as we were only staying for 5 nights meaning we didn't prepare well when it came to learning more than very basic Italian). We also met who we believe to be the manager who took our payment at the end of our stay, she was very accommodating as to how we paid and she was very friendly. *Breakfast was a sweet Italian breakfast and consisted of a hot drink and many other bits and bobs which was lovely and very adequate for a day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel was GREAT! amazing for if you want to see all of the touristy things without having to spend money on public transport as nearly everything is in walking distance including the Metro (more than one Metro station including Termini - the main station of Rome), Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, lots of nice restaurants and more. We have both agreed we would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! It was a really good choice. Thank you for a lovely stay!! :)
The only thing I was less satisfied by was the shower, it was quite small as I was pregnant and needed a new shower head as the water sprayed in many different directions. A minor complaint though as I still had a shower everyday and they supplied shampoo/shower gel shower caps and soap.
