Hotel Colombo  

I liked the staff, the local atmosphere, the close location to the railway station. Everything was very nice, especially for the price. The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome without being over the top. I totally enjoyed my stay at the Colombo.

On booking, I would have liked a readable map of the location from the railway station as we could have walked it instead of paying a taxi, but the first instruction did not make it clear where to walk from, eg, the main railway entrance. A seeable map of the immediate area would have helped as the hotel is so close.

Staff is excellent, very friendly. Location is also good. Room was clean and nice. Great value for money

Even though the location seems quite central on the map, the neighborhood is hideous - with garbage on the streets, black hookers on each corner. It looked like I was in the middle of Marseilles.

The location is good, we could find the hotel very soon. The area has some parking place, but not the safest at all.

The breakkfast was poor as usual in Italy and the mattresses were uncomfortable in our room.

Good hotel to visit the city, near the train to Pompei and Sorrento peninsula, clean, cheap, friendly and efficient staff.

Neighborhood is not great but you have to find something better far away.

This is not about the hotell Why can the not clean the town It is unpleasent to walk around in the city with all the waste.

unfortunately the hotel is situated quite close to the railway station and is in the middle of a street trading area, therefore very noisey, rubbish everywhere and one could feel a little unsafe.

Staff was really freindly friendly and helpful. Location is OK - only 7 minuts from the central station, but it is not a very pleasant neighborhood.

Air condition was very strong without regulation option. So we had to choise between to options: to freeze or to melt. The shower was horrible.

Nice staff. We had no any problems so everything was OK!

Poor breakfast. But it is not reason for us dont choose it next time. So when we get back in Napoli in novembre we take Colombo again!

I was there 3 years ago and it was very good. Now, things have changed, comfort was not as I knew it

Friendly helpful staff, clean hotel, good choice if you are looking for a budget hotel in a central location near to station. Felt safe a secure.

Staff ultra helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Aircon worked a treat. Room not huge but perfectly adequate for our 3 night stay. Located in an old part of town very close to bus and rail services. Would highly recommend to anyone with a limited budget who just wants a base to explore from.

Breakfast was a little bland, but at this price it was amazing value to get any at all!

The neighborhood is very dangerous.The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, smell of the cigarette smoke in the room. Lots of immigrants staying in the hotel and shouting on the corridors till late night. Definitely not a 3 star standard.

Hotel colombo is very close to train station. The staf is perfect.
