The whole hotel is really great and the service is top! We did also get nice sea view room.

The check-out time at 10 am is way too early! If you want to spend romantic weekend with longer night out and go for breakfast at 9 am, you must really hurry-up to pack & leave your room in time. We wanted to try the wonderful spa-area, but with this early check-in, it was impossible to go.

Swimmingpools & little beach

At check in my Booking.com reservation was deleted. Very strange. The hotel is dated and will need a makeover soon, Personnel is not really efficient. Huge extra charges on adding 1 child, age 12 years to my room for 2 nights in a rollaway. A joke to pay for this 178 euros, which is 89 euro per night. Bad experience.

The main problem was the first 2 days we were with out a car, do we had to move by taxi, which was very expensive. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging a car to rent. It was more convenient.

We were undercharged on checking out which I didn't notice. The hotel then must have realised and charged the difference, unknown to me. They really should have contacted me to advise of the cost and the charge to my credit card before just charging it on their own accord.

The setting is amazing, the fresh water pools were lovely and the hotel is peaceful and quiet,vrelaxing.

The breakfast isn't great and the pool bar food is limited and over priced, no children's menu.

Overall the resort was beautiful! The location in Porto Cervo was great and the scenery was picturesque!! The pools were very clean and salt water. The small beach was very quiet and peaceful with crystal clear blue/green water.

The beds were very uncomfortable for a 5 star resort. The wellness center charges 30 euro per person to come in and use the small facility. Guests should be able to use for free. Dinner was a little over priced for being small meals.

The cold styling of the surroundings, lack of atmosphere, too big, no soul or heart, flashy loud clientele, lack of garden design - no plants, no charm!, grumpy staff at breakfast and pool/beach

Very nice hotel. I`m so happy I`ve made this choice to spend a few relaxing days. Frendly and attentive stuff, beautiful and comfortable territory, beach, pool areas, fantastic dinners in the evenings..

An audibility in the hotel ia a bit too high.., sometimes you should hear all the night how somebody is snoring in the next room. The taxi in the hotel have unbeliveable prices, try to rent a car already on your arrival at the airport. But in general my impressions about this hotel are very good.

Was listed as a 5 star but felt more like a 4 star. Great hotel in great location with incredible salt-water pools right on the Med.

Good location, perfect sea view from the room. Staff is qiute friendly, rooms are clean. We were staining in second half of June, weather was perfect and absolutely empty hotel (no guests at all) so all attention from the side of staff was paid to us.))

2 things were annoying: 1. Terrible WIFI! It never worked! I've talked seversal times to reception and technical guy who was in charge of this problem and got only one answer - problems with your IPad!! But internet didn't work even in business center on desktop (nothing related to WIFI!!) Finally they agreed that it was a problem of all their internet system which they plan to upgrade later... 2. Most of the staff don't speak English, only Italian. Even at reception (not talking about room service where each time I called to order dinner and they tried to find one certain guy who will underdstand me)! I think it is absolutely unacceptable for 5* hotel.

O hotel eh lindo,muito limpo, os funcionarios muito prestativos cafe da manha excelente. O unico problema eh a distancia o hotel eh um pouco afastado tem q alugar uma carro para se locomover.

Notre étant située au dessus des cuisines les odeurs parfois désagréablles le stationement parfois difficile cela dû au manque de correction de certains clients. Aucune notes ou informations écrites en français

las instalaciones son extraordinarias,particularmente las piscinas. Lujo no osentoso. Buen precio fuera de temporada (julio y agosto).

está un poco a desmano de Porto Cervo, aunque el Hotel provee transporte via furgoneta o bote. Ideal con coche,como fue mi caso.

La posizione bellissima, la struttura assolutamente affascinante. Belle le piscine, la spiaggia e la condizione rilassante.

Il servizio è inadeguato a un 5 stelle. Servizio a colazione lungo e pigro, camerieri inesperti allo snack bar.

La stanza era da 3 stelle sia per gli arredi che per la manutenzione(il wc perdeva acqua) e il bagno fatto molto in economia

Service très très loin de valoir celui d'un 5 étoiles. Nous l'avons nommé le "impossibile hotel". Conditions du séjours : 2 couples, dont 1 enfant de 2 ans, et les 2 femmes enceintes. Arrivée à 14h30, et dès l'accueil, la mauvaise expérience commence. Une des chambres n'est pas prête, on nous demande de tous nous regrouper dans une chambre, et qu'on nous appellera pour nous prévenir quand la chambre sera prête. Le tout sans un sourire, et sans aucune explication sur l’hôtel ni les services. Le groom qui monte les valises a été sympa, lui. Nous laissons la chambre au couple avec enfant (la sieste...), et devons attendre 17h avant que notre chambre soit prête : nous n'avons jamais été prévenu, il aura fallu réclamer à 3 reprises. La 2eme chambre est faite à la vas- vite : pas de serviettes, produits non changés (savons ouverts...). Anecdote : une fois tout résolu, nous recevons enfin un appel, d'un ton une nouvelle fois désagréable (ce ne sera pas la dernière) pour nous demander où ça en est... Même eux ne le savaient pas ! Pourtant demandé dès la réservation, il faudra aussi réclamer à 3 reprises le lit enfant, que nous n'aurons qu'à 19h. Et tout le reste du séjour, les services n'ont jamais été à la hauteur d'un 5 étoile, à peine d'un 3 étoile : Horaires des restaurants délirants : "impossibile" de déjeuner le midi avant 13h, sauf au pool bar, où seuls 3 petits sandwich sont disponible. Même la carte du room service, pourtant affichée comme disponible 24h/24, n'est pas proposée. Impossible d'attendre pour nous avec un enfant de 2 ans. Petit déjeuner : "impossibile" pour le couple avec enfant de reserver une table pour 4, car nous n'étions pas tous là (nous somme arrivés 5 min plus tard). Du coup, nous n'avons pu prendre aucun petit déjeuner ensemble, le cerbère du réfectoire guette !! Lits très inconfortables : Queen bed demandé : en fait se sont 2 lits jumeaux rapprochés.
