At the center of the Gulf of Marinella, the hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds.

The hotel occupies 2 central blocks of the Eucaliptus village, with which it shares a swimming pool, in front of the Piazzetta Colonna, just 500 ft from the beach.

The rooms are surrounded by gardens, crossed by pedestrian paths and decorated with wood, granite rocks, arches and beams. In addition to this, many of the rooms directly overlook the sea, the Colonna Piazza, the swimming pool and the nature park near the beach.

The hotel is completely non-smoking.

In mediteranean style the hotel is not offfering a luxury style but the excelent staff prestation was offered us an excelent holyday for 2 nd time. PAra nada equiparable con las cuatro estrellas españolas que deberían referir el hotel. El desayuno es muy escaso, las habitaciones muy normales y está muy mal situado, entre la nada. Il personale e' estremamente gentile e disponibile, oltre ogni aspettativa. Le camere potrebbero essere migliorate per un 4 stelle come alcuni servizi dell'hotel e le parti comuni. La cucina ottima, sia come scelta che come qualita'. Una vacanza molto piacevole grazie anche alla cordialita' dello staff, con un particolare grazie e giorgio e mauro per la simpatia. Anonymous Young couple Italy July 19, 2011	La vicinanza alla spiaggia Costosissismo rispetto alla qualità offerta: arredamento di pessima qualità e gusto, brutto, I letti più scomodi mai provati nell'emisfero settentrionale, I servizi igienici stile obitorio, la televisione microscopica, il frigo bar contenente tre bottigliette di plastica, il condizionatore a split talmente rumoroso da non potersi accendere durante la notte, arredo in plastica sul terrazzino confinante con I motori dei condizionatori del piano. Addirittura all'arrivo sono stato costretto a chiedere un cambio di camera poiché in quella che mi era stata assegnata, la 129, c'era una puzza terribile proveniente dal bagno.
