restaurant very poor and vastly overpriced!

The service, breakfast (hours) and some hotel facilities (the swimmingpool bar for instance) are not at a 5* level. Also our room was very humid and with a persistent smell of mold. The shower let a lot of water come out. Without relation to the hotel itself, Capo Testa can be a very windy spot to the point of not allowing a comfortable day at the beach.

The hotel is right on the beach, and the pools are lovely. We had two connecting rooms which was great for 2 x adults and 2 x children (12 & 14) plenty of room.

Only set meal dinner available - no prices. They tried to charge me 90 euros for dinner for my two children who did not want the set meal and only had pasta & ice cream. No room service menu only available on request. The meal times are set times, breakfast 7.30 - 10.00, lunch 12.- 2.30 and dinner which must be reserved from 8pm. If you require a snack outside of these times as we did on the first day as we arrived at 4pm the only snack available was a ham & cheese toastie. The shuttle bus into St Teresa stops at 7pm in the evening so if you want to eat out you have to return in a taxi 15 euros.

Very nice beach and pool area

The breakfast was not the best, not really a 5 star, the hotel is a little bit far from everything, a car is a must.

Tolle Lage mit eigenem Strandanteil, was in dieser Gegend eine Rarität ist, super Poolanlage, genug Liegen, Zimmer mit Terrasse, gute Aussicht, bei wenig Wind sehr schöne Anlage, in kurzer Fahrdistanz-7 Minuten- (S.Teresa) und auch zu Fuß sehr gute preislich moderate Lokale, tolle Landschaft (Capo Testa), Auto dringend notwendig

Dreibettzimmer hat nur Klappbett als 3tes Bett, Frühstück mittel und unpersönlich, Restaurants nur indoor und mäßig schön, Essen sehr teuer daher nicht probiert, Bar unverschämt (6€ für 0,25 Cola im Vergleich überall 2-3,5€ für 0,33, 15€ für Campari im Vergleich 4 bis 6€), Toilette in Lobby eine Herausforderung, extrem Wind ausgesetzt bei entspr. Wetterlage Liegen am Pool unmöglich (Schirme nicht aufspannbar, ungemütlich), nur Lage und Pool sind ein bisschen wenig für 5*!!!

Posizione sul mare e cura dei giardini esterni, personale cordiale e disponibile, almeno durante le ore diurne.

1) Colazione sempre uguale x 3 giorni, con prodotti di dubbia qualità meglio rifornirsi da produttori locali, mancanza di frutta fresca, addirittura una mattina abbiamo ritrovato a macedonia la frutta sciroppata dei giorni prima. 2) alti I prezzi del bar. 3) arredo e accessori camera sicuramente non all'altezza di un 5 stelle lux.

Hotellets läge är förträffligt.Smakfullt inrätt I typisk sardinsk elegans. Den här gången hade vi valt frukost pension vilket gav oss friheten att välja på matställen I St Theresa. Maten är mycket bra och sevicen klanderfri. Med tanke på hur urusel standard på de trestjärniga hotellen är det defenetivt värt lite extra kostnad på det här hotellet.

la ubicación

muy caro, las cinco estrellas son solo para la ubicación, sino fuera por esto seria un 3 estrellas. Las cortinas de la habitación tenian una mancha de sangre, al quejarme se la llevaron y la devolvieron limpia, pero ni siquiera se disculparon. El parking muy pequeño,tenias que dejar el coche detras de otro y las llaves a recepción. El desayuno muy repetitivo y poco variado.

Magnifique vue, belles piscines !

Enorme odeur de moisissure dans la chambre ; et aucune insonorisation donc repos difficile...

Sa situation géographique et sa plage magnifique.

Le confort des salles de bain et le personnel des restaurants peu aimable.

Excelente ubicación. Perfecto para relajarse.

Poco preparados para el turismo español (tv sin canales españoles, en recepción nadie habla español...) Pésima atención en el bar-rte de piscina ¿como puede ser que únicamente sirvan comidas hasta las 2,30 h en un rte de picina en pleno verano? Se encuentra alejado.Indispensable coche. Ningún servicio para preadolescentes ( ni siquiera un billar...). Habitaciones con olor a humedad y anticuadas.
