You feel like living in a Sailor's room..that's very special. The view is fabulous from window. You cann't get internet when your room is on the mountain.

very clean, calm, good service, characteristic architecture and wonderful garden, relatively good breakfast, 5 min walking distance to the marine. not so close to beaches but this is not a problem for those with a car

This was a very average hotel, nothing particularly wrong, but it seemed to be just going through the motions. My room was on a lower floor, the bed was not comfortable and personally I wouldn't go there for a holiday

Hotel di buon livello sia per la posizione (2km. Da Porto Cervo e vicino alle spiaggia di cala granu) sia per il servizio. Le camere al piano terra danno sulla ampia piscina centrale, molto utile nei giorni troppo ventosi. Ambiente molto tranquillo ed adatto sia alle famiglie con bambini che alle coppie.

Qualité du Service, prix modérés des repas,emplacement Confort très succint des chambres. C'est plutôt un hotel 3* de charme. Donc le prix m'apparait élevé pour ce que c'est. Il serait appréciable de revoir le confort des chambres. Autrement le reste est bien

"Spirit of Place" is held at the hotel a magical atmosphere, intimate, well maintained, good service. The hotel policy is not flexible. On leaving we asked to stay in until 17:00 to catch a cruise to the island Bonfitzio. They refused even though it was almost empty. They also offered to keep the suitcases. And another small thing but important at breakfast were a total of two families and three waiters milled around us and that the number of grams of discomfort. There was no reason to prod us, there was pressure from the guests at all. But we tried to ignore.

хорошая локализация - до моря - 3 мин на машине, до лучшего ресторана - 3 мин пешком. прекрасный персонал, чистые просторные номера. на завтрак всегда свежая рикотта, сыр, колбаса, джем и пр. большой чистый бассейн. интернет платный - это минус для немалой стоимости за номер в сутки. на момент бронирования программа выдавала - остался последний номер. по приезду в большом отеле от силы было 5-7 человек.

No hemos quedado contentos con nuestra estancia en este hotel. La relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear. No tiene ascensor!, las habitaciones son antiguas, el desayuno es bastante mediocre, la piscina es muy pequeña y sobre todo, y lo que más nos ha molestado, ha sido el tratro del personal. Especialmente las chicas de la recepción son bastante desagradables, muy bordes. Cuando pagas lo que cuesta este hotel, la verdad es que esperas otra cosa. Muy decepcionante.

Location Don't stay! Rooms are old and need updating (stayed in suite), breakfast is poor, swimming pool water must be below freezing, area around the pool is a mess... Please... Spend 200 more Euros and stay at a better place! Maybe location is good, but you can't walk anywhere anyway.

We had a maddening time with the desk personnel - limited (or presumed limited) English speaking; simple area questions poorly answered; very unhelpful to the point of obvious distaste toward us. We were in area days after the season ended but that should not be grounds for the hotel staff 'shutting down' on us -- the hotel was open, booked by others and accepting our money.

Struttura piccola ma deliziosa. Tutte le camere affacciano sulla piscina e sulle zone verdi. La posizione è strategica perchè sei a 400 M. da Porto Cervo, a 200m. dalla marina, a tre minuti di motorino da Baia Corallina e a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di Liscia di Vacca. Ottimi ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze (raggiungibili a piedi). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere confortevoli e silenziose. Un unico punto non eccellente è forse la prima colazione, composta da prodotti confezionati e da pane di scarsa qualità. Un peccato, visto che in Sardegna in genere si mangia molto bene...
