I stayed at your hotel because I was making a pilgrimage of prayer to the Sanctuary of Padre Pio. So, what I liked best was that it was in close proximity to the sanctuary but also to the bus stop which made the stay more convenient. The staff were also very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was also very comfortable and met my needs perfectly. My stay was short and I was happy.

If you are visiting the The Padre Pio Shrine or the Hospital in San Giovanni Rotondo, Hotel Colonne is perfect. Very close to both, family run hotel, great accommodating staff that was sympathetic to our needs as we were travelling with our one-year-old son. We reserved a free parking spot in the garage below the hotel and were very happy with our room, dinner, and breakfast. Also free wifi and good bookstore with English selections.

Location , price and helpful staff. Clean rooms. One has to go through some stairs outside the hotel to get inside. It is difficult with luggages.

The location, I went to the Sanctuary and it was just two blocks away. It is far away from down town, just a couple of restaurants nearby. It is ok if you go only to the Sanctuary, otherwise it is not a good option.

The breakfast was very good with large selection of food and drinks. The parking was free and our small dog stayed for free as well. Good bang for our bucks. We requested non-smoking room and was assigned an obviously smoking room which smelled like ashtray. After having windows opened for several hours, the smell went away (partially).

There was a desk clerk at the hotel named Marie. She was super! She did everything she could to make our stay a good experience. We do not speak any Italian ... she spoke some English, which was a big help. She helped us find a taxi driver who would take us to the St. Michael's Cave on Sunday morning. All of us (three in our party) agreed Marie was the best desk clerk we dealt with in our two weeks in Italy. Room was clean and comfortable and very close to the Padre Pio Churches.

The hotel was walking distance to Padre pio church and from the main bus stop. Breakfast was terrible, same continenetal breakfast for the 3 days I was there. Rooms were not well insulated, you could hear outside noise.anytime someone walks/speaks in the hallway.

il rapporto qualità prezzo vista la vicinanza alle strutture di interesse religioso ed all'ospedale. la finestra della camera (al piano terrreno) si apriva sul cortiletto di ingresso dell'Hotel.

Senza dubbio la posizione è più che buona, veramente a pochi passi dal santuario... Con un ottimissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il parcheggio è da prenotare molto prima perchè piccolo cmq in ogni caso la salita accanto l'hotel ha dei parcheggi gratis. Le stanze al terzo piano alcune hanno il tetto a spiovere... Ci sarebbe da fare qualche piccola manutenzione qua e la... Nonostante ciò, per il rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione lo consiglio....

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, es perfecta !! Esta a metros de la parada del autobus que lleva a Foggia y muy cerca de la Iglesia Santa Maria delle Grazie. El personal del hotel es muy gentil y bien dispuesto. La habitación era sumamente limpia. Tal vez la unica cosa que podria mejorarse (al menos desde mi punto de vista) son las raciones del restaurant en el menu fijo, que he encontrado mas bien escasas, aunque de excelente sabor.
