Location, staff and cleaness 115€ for a 9m2 bedroom with a 1,33m wide bed is a bit too much even for Rome....

Great location and people in the front desk were really nice and helpful. This hotel has no signs outside, we were going back and force with the rain and the heavy suitcases and couldn't find it until somebody across the street told us, just a paper sign on the side of the door, and it is a little hard to go up the stairs ( two stories) with a heavy suitcase.

Location location location! Very close to Vatican city.Polite stuff, colourful rooms. Average clean, average decorate, very old and broken wardrobe, the bed almost ready to collapse! The breakfast room ? maybe the smallest I ever be. The breakfast ok.! 270 pounds were more than enough for this room for 2 nights

Everything is good!!.. Well located, great breakfast. Near Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station, lots of restaurants around.. There's no WC in the room and no lift.. But it's part the experience..

I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back! Unfortunatly I am a typical British tea lover! :( the only downfall was no kettle in the room or good old pg tips

Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly I stayed in the 3rd floor i think the stairs were a bit too much for me. it would be nice if there was an elevator The dining area is small you have to take turns to have breakfast and if you have early commitments, it becomes an inconvenience because there is no where to sit

Excellent location for shopping and sight seeing! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. A computer in the common area for those traveling without. The breakfast is served in a small room with limited seating capacity - arrive at a busy time and you'll have to wait for your table. Wifi internet was barely reaching our "farthest away" room, but in the corridor and lounge it was perfect.

The staff were very helpful and there was no problem in being understood in English. We chose this location because our daughters and family stayed in an apartment round the corner in Via Cola di Rienzo. The wardrobe needs a proper bolt on the door in room 9.

Nice hotel staff, good breakfast, excellent location (bus from airport and touristic buses stops are very close to hotel). No lift - you should get your luggage to the fouth floor by yourself. You can hear every sound from other rooms and corridor, and also from toilet, which is bad.

Nice friendly staff, good location, reasonable price. Breakfast included. Old building so the rooms are not soundproof, but it's Rome so that's expected. Extra room tax payable in cash is annoying, but it's standard in Rome. Also Standard in Rome is registering guests with their passports. In general Rome is a tourist trap, bring lots of cash and be prepared to part with it.

Its an amazing hotel, with beautiful colors and paintings and 2 beautiful receptionist according to my friend Paul! Don't be scared of the building outside, its old but thats because of the area.. Especially the bathroom and the shower were great! i really enjoyed staying and i strongly recommend to everybody! I will definitely visit it again if i ever have the chance to go again at Rome. Quiet, with nice view(not in a busy road)! Breakfast was good, not a lot but enough not to be hungry! Very close to the metro!! First they have to put a bigger sign cause i passed a lot of times in front of the building trying to locate it!! They should as well find another room, bigger for breakfast cause the tables and the chairs were not enough and we had to wait.

Location was excellent. Close to the Vatican and walkable to central Rome, restaurants, Tiber River and public transportation. It was not in the touristy area therefore not crowded on the streets. Felt safe walking during the day and at night. Our room had AC, a safe, nice shower and lovely towels. The continental breakfast was more than expected and lots to choose from--cereals, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, pastry, buns, bread, coffee and tea. We were very pleased with this 2 star hotel in Rome. Our room was on the third floor so lots of stairs. Next time, I would request a room on one of the lower floors if it included a BR.

Very friendly staff and very fluent in English. They arranged transfer from and to the airport. The hotel rooms are newly renovated. The location of the hotel is not far from the Vatican. The breakfast room is rather small and can accommodate only around a dozen guests at a time.

We found the hotel easy to find. It was just round the corner from the Vatican, and near to a metro stop. The staff could speak really good English which was good, and they were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice. You could hear next door rooms waking up in the morning, banging doors etc which was a pain. And they have no lift! Which isnt the worse thing in the world, having to climb to the third floor, but it is when you have heavy luggage. Im glad i had the boyfriend there for that part.
