Just 215 yards from Campo de' Fiori square in the historic center of Rome, this charming B&B is housed in a 17th-century building with wood-beamed ceilings. The Pantheon is a 10-minute walk away.

The location, staff and de deco are really nice!
No wifi for the bigger room, and the TVs aren't working eighter so if want to relax at the hotel prepare to be bored!
staff very helpful. bothroom nice.
wifi signal not so good.
Very clean. Huge bathroom. Very central location near Cavour metro stop.
Our windows opened onto a fountain piazza where people hung out until 2am, so it was too loud to leave the window open. Not the property's fault, but something to be aware of.
My room was well equipped, the bed was clean and comfortable, I was not aware of offensive noise from the plaza below, the bathroom was modern and spacious. I will definitely try to stay there when I return to Rome.
There is not a person on site at all times, so if there is a problem, there is no one there to help solve it.
This wonderful spot is a great central location, and situated right on a cute plaza. The windows in the room are amazing, a parade could have happened outside of our window and we would not have heard it! The room itself was nicely decorated and equipped with a very nice bathroom! Wish we could have stayed longer!
It was right in the centre of Rome, convenient for everything. A very cosy room with good facilities.
There was nothing not to like.
not reception not staff not breakfast
The staff was quite friendly. He gave us a lot of useful information. Good location near the Colosseo. Clean, neat and big room
I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, its very clean and the rooms are pretty unique. When I am back in Rome I will definitely book again and will recommend to friends travelling to Rome
- The room we stayed which called Pirandello was beautiful. - It's near the Cavour subway station and Collesseo, you can reach everywhere easily. - Francesco is very kind host and he explains most places at your check-in.
- We were able to connect wifi just from the corner of room, I think we were little bit out of service area. However, there are other wifi connections which are not needed password.
very well designed room and comfortable. Best lasagna, ice cream and wine bar near by.
The location was awesome, the Colosseum was a 5 minute walk away. There were many places to eat at the street and the metro station was a 2 minute walk. The place itself was very clean and nice
Colosseo Teatro Relais was beautiful! The location was excellent and the double glazed windows and air-con were perfect on a hot summer's night, allowing us a great night's sleep after sightseeing all day. It was clean and beautifully decorated, we loved the bathroom! Thanks so much Colosseo Teatro Relais we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family. - Alicia
Everything was great.
Bed was very comfortable, great location, clean.
Best for couples
no heating or kitchen facilities. Staff is not present 24/7.
I liked absolutely everything what is related directly to the hotel: location, cleanliness, comfort and so on. Very nice hotel.
Unfortunately, till 2am at night by the fountain which is close to the building, on the street people played guitar and sang songs. Nice music and nice songs... if it would be an evening, but... at night...
Everything was just amazing
I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, its very clean and the rooms are pretty unique. When I am back in Rome I will definitely book again and will recommend to friends travelling to Rome.
Location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum, very close to Cavour Metro station and has some fantastic affordable restaurants and bars close by. Room was beautiful, good size and very clean and comfortable. Hope to return
Not as easy to find as other hotels but well worth it!
The host was very friendly and gave us lots of info on arrival on the best things to do in rome, and how to get around. Room was lovely, clean and fresh looking.
There was an odd smell from the room we stayed in every day we got back in from the day.
We visited five cities (including Rome) while in Italy, and this room was the best bang for the buck. We stayed in the room adjacent to the check-in area. The room, equipped with a refrigerator, was extremely clean and quiet, and the spacious bathroom and shower -- all very modern -- were a relief after a long, crowded day in Rome. The design of the room was very deliberate; everything, down to the position of the light switches, was well thought-out. Francesco, who checked us in, was polite, friendly and accommodating. He also let us borrow a wine-opener, which we kept while in Rome, so we could drink with the locals at the fountain below our room. Despite the noise on the street, the room was extremely quiet, thanks to several layers of windows, which you didn't have to open since the AC cooled down the room within minutes. Based on some of the reviews I read, I was worried about this room, but this turned out to be our best stay in Italy. Highly recommended!
The room was very clean and the location is very good.
Receptionist is not available. Our airco was broken and he didnt do antything about it. Not even when the cleaning lady called him. With us he didnt pick up his phone with the cleaning lady he picked up immediately but never send a mechanic. De windows cannot open because off the noise. The airco was broken for 2 days than we left.
Superb location! It's within walking distance to the main attractions. Beautifully decorated room. Supercosy. I had a view to the piazza, which was nice. Great bathroom. Very friendly owner. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing really....there is no breakfast, but there is a bar downstairs that serves breakfast, so not really a problem.
Not much else to add - I loved it.
I had a little trouble with the entry code when trying to get in late at night but a guy from behind the bar next door thankfully knew a code and got me in. If the bar wasn't there I'd have been stuck.
