Coltur SuitesCorso Italia 254/A (Check-in Address), 80067 Sorrento (Show map) Excellent, Score from 41 reviews“Its setting was wonderful. It was pleasantly furnished, quiet, very clean, had excellent shower water pressure and was a really good place to return to after long days walking around Pompeii and Herculaneum. The suites are basically small apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we are most meals there. The view was quite nice, but one had to be fairly close to the glass door, or on the balcony to have a good vantage point. The path from parking to the units had an area of several hundred meters that was not light at night. There were light posts, but the lights were out. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The path from the parking lot, and a major approach to the suites, had a fairly long stretch that was completely dark - we walked down a cobblestone path with obscure unevenly placed steps and no man made light.

Excellent location with beautiful seaview! Conventient appartment, we booked as two friends, sofa in living room was good bed as well. Appartment was well equipped with possibilities for cooking. We went by car, parking prices are high in Sorrento: we paid EUR 20 a day as was indicated before. We were in November, the streets just around the appartment were a little bit abandonded, ok with two, but we did not feel comfortable to go out alone in the dark. During the day no problem. it's better to inform other people that you cannot reach the house by car, that you have to stop earlier. Indication of parking was perfect.

The apartment was comfortable, stylish and had a wonderful view over the fishing harbor. The people at the office (not on site but in town) were helpful and pleasant.

A wonderful stay for a long weekend! Francesca mad us very welcome at check in and even called us once we'd got into the apartment to ensure we'd managed to find it ok from the map she'd helpfully drawn for us. Great location right on the cliff edge at Sorrento down a narrow, quiet lane but only a couple of minutes walk away from Sorrento town centre and port. Wonderful, comfy apartment for 2 with double doors onto little balcony off the living room overlooking the local harbour - great for relaxing with a glass of Prosecco as the sun goes down. Facilities all there except a kettle so the morning cup of tea had to be made via a saucepan! We didn't cook in the apartment as great restaurants are right on the door step - but the oven, plates, dishes etc all looked clean and serviceable. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Double glazing sound-proofed the place well from the on-shore wind at night. Car parking is not possible at the apartment due to the nature of its location, so we had to pay 15 Euros / day at the local town car park about a 10 min walk away. No major complaints - except would be nice to provide a kettle. As an added touch, it would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water and a bowl of fruit or pastries as a warm welcome as we had had a long day's drive to get there.

Great views looking over old harbour, excellent waterside eateries, short walk to shopping alleyways, taverns, ferries to Capri and the Amalfi towns, beaches. Best not to have a car - no parking at the site. Cramped for 4 people.

The view and location were excellent - the service we received from the apartment management (in particular Franscesa) was brilliant! The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished - very impressed! The only thing that would've made our apartment 'better' would have been a kettle, so we could make tea/coffee easily in the morning. However this was a 'minor' point.

The location and the cleanliness were both excellent. The smell coming from the gas cannister on the patio where we ate and sat out - it was a little concerning.

A lovely place to stay and a really good location. The travel agency (which was at another location) which we checked in via was so helpful. We had a slight hick-up on the first night and they did everything possible to grant our request. Would stay at again if in Sorrento! We aware not 'every' room has a balcony!

Great location...very relaxing and our apartment for 4 was room enough in the bedroom and lounge and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Slightly cramped kitchen area and no kettle...would have made making a coffee a lot easier but this was only a minor problem. We would deffinitely stay again.

The location. Superb views. The contacts were extremely helpful. Nothing really. Noticed that some of the other rooms were slightly larger. But I expect they were for family groups.

This was not a hotel but a building of eight apartments. The apartment was large and completely modern. It is in a lovely historic area os Sorrento above the Marina Grande. We enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchen and made meals from foods we bought at markets. The views from the apartment were wonderful.

We loved the location and the seaside view from the balcony. Also Francesca's (the contact girl) recommendations were really good. All in all...we had a 2 room apartment and a very good time and I'd go and stay there again :)

We liked:1. The friendliness of Francesca our first contact point. 2. the comfort of the suite with two rooms, three bathrooms/toilet, lovely sea view from the balcony and a well - equipped kitchen including a rack to hang clothes. We didn't like: 1. the distance from the car park to the apartment 2. the narrow one car lane to the apartment 3. the burden of having to drag/carry heavy luggage from the car (which could not be parked at the entrance) to the apartment and up and down the flight of stairs

Great views, clean, basic but comfortable and the 2 staff we met were helpful. We hardly saw anyone though because it isn't a "hotel" as such. It was quality budget self-catering accommodation, as expected, and met expectations well. We were there for 4 nights and although I understand it's not a hotel, I do think the cleaner should come in at least once every 2 days to empty bins and change towels/ shampoo, etc. The policy is that the cleaner only visits at all for stays more than 1 week, which is not enough for a family.

Loved this place. Wish we could have taken this room along the rest of our stay through Italy. The best place we stayed by far. We stayed with another couple and it was like we both had our own hotel rooms joined with a quaint little common area and kitchen. Worked out great for us.
