В случае аннуляции за 15 суток до даты заезда взимается 50 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается EUR 6,00 с человека за ночь.
Дополнительные кровати не предоставляются.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

Francesca emailed us before we left, sending us directions and giving us her phone number.When we arrived she gave us all the local info we needed to make the most of our stay. The flat was clean, modern,had beautiful sea views and was quiet, even though the town centre was only a few mins walk away. |

The view was lovely, and the location was convenient. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Francesca and the other staff were very helpful. It would have been helpful to have an electric kettle. My (English!) husband would have liked bigger teacups! |

This is a wonderful way to go if you have a family. The apartment was great--with a view of the ocean (the marina, not a beach), a balcony, a full kitchen (without oven, but has stove), comfortable bed, great shower, and enough room for us with our toddler. Great to be able to cook dinner in, and have your breakfast in too. Also nice with the seperate bedroom which is very quite. The location is great--walking distance to everything in the center of Sorrento, but the parking is a 5 minute walk (workable), and you may find you dont use your car that much anyway. You are a close walk to the ferries to both Naples and Island of Capri--faster than the train. The check in was a bit hard to find--best to just park on Corso Italia--where ever it is easiest, and walk to the address. Once you are there the staff is very helpful and they have you follow them to the residence, which great! |

The apartment was clean and tidy in a fantastic location with a good view. We had 4 of us stay (adults) and there was plenty of room. Francesca was vey helpful. |

It was a nice quiet location not far from the main centre of activity and the beach - very clean and tidy. Staff in charge were very helpful before and during the stay - great room for a couple - we had four people and managed ok as well. It was small but everything is small in Europe - so that is not really a criticism - could have had a toaster and perhaps an iron - but they gave me one when I asked for it. |

It was in a great location, great view from the windows and a good point as a travelling poit. There is a parking not far away but in a high price. |

Apartment location was fabulous, overlooking the bay. Steps where not difficult to handle. Very clean and modern, two bathrooms ideal. Francesca more than helpful and arrived with key within ten minutes of arriving. |
