The staff there are really nice and helpful.
It was really noisy the whole night when i was there. Someone outside the building were having party all night until 5am. Didn't sleep for that night and i had to get up at 6am for my train.
Friendly and helpful staff, very clean inside with AC, wifi, and everything. Two minutes walk and you'll find yourself in "Via Vittorio Emanuele" street where you can just walk along to get to many sightseeing landmarks and buildings.
Although the location is great in term of proximity but the surrounding area looks like a post-war garage with smelly garbage tanks and dog poo on the ground. Only stayed for weekend and on Sunday night a load music (which I can only assume was coming from a night club) was playing until 4:30 am and I couldn't sleep.
The staff were welcoming and kind. They put themselves out to accommodate our needs, and were very helpful indeed. Very close to major centres of interest in the city including the teatro massimo, cathedral, port, museums and shopping.
It was difficult to get to the hotel by car because of the very narrow streets and dodgy driving in Palermo.
The hotel is very basic but has got what you need. Friendly service. Great location if you wish to explore Palermo quickly during a short stay.
Breakfast was extremely basic, even for Italian standards.
The staff was extremely helpfull.
Great location in the centre by all the night life.Great hotel .
The staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel.
I enjoyed receiving information before my visit how to reach a hotel. Also, breakfast was very nice.
Reasonably priced, excellent and receptive staff, centrally located though some streets further up seemed seedy, especially after dark.
Only two negatives: building lacks elevator though the staff helped us with our luggage, and loud music from discos behind the hotel can be loud and annoying for rooms on that side of the building. Our room was in front and it was a non -issu for us but our children's room was noisy.
Via del Corso is a typical Palermo back street - gave a bad first impression on arrival. Ignore it - hotel itself is great, friendly and helpful staff, room size and breakfast was ok. Location very good to almost all attractions of Palermo. In my opinion - good standard for a good price
The area gets noisy at night on weekends, which may be a problem for light sleepers :) (it depends on which side you have the windows) As for facilities, there's no elevator and WiFi was quite slow. Small TV and too high up on wall. There is a parking very close to the hotel but sometimes car owners are pestere by street urchins to give money to watch the car.
Breakfast, pleasant staff
Friendly and extremely helpful staff, rooms size was good, location is very good to almost all the attractions in Palermo (although the neighborhood is dodgy).
Ventilation and plumping in the bathroom to be improved, the bathroom always smelled so damp and the sink was not discharging properly. Also the air-condition power should be improved. The hotel has a policy of changing towels and bed sheets every 3 days, which is not so convenient (however they change them if the guest requests). It would be better if breakfast had more varieties of better quality. I asked for a restaurant the staff advised me to go to a certain restaurant close to the hotel, the food there was not good at all.
wifi in room
sheets were dirty on beds
Great access to the height street and historical area. The street location looked funky at first but when you get in to the premises, it was relaxing, calm and safe.
The noise level coming from the neighbor. There's a disco place I think and during my first night, I couldn't sleep. The following day I asked to be transferred to another room and staff gladly put me up to a bigger, comfortable and quiet double room instead of a single room. They were apologetic and explained that they will change the windows to a sound proof.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I hurt my ankle while traveling, the staff here helped me as much as they could to be comfortable. One woman, who I wish I could of learned her name, asked me everytime she saw me how my foot was. It was simple kindness, concern, and empathy that makes this staff extrodinary. The hotel itself is in an ideal location, minus the ally way up to it. The staff welcomed us warmly and even gave us a 'welcome cocktail' when we first arrived. They take your bags up to your room for you and make sure you have everything you need. One morning we woke up a little late, because of my foot, and had missed breakfast. The bartender offered to make us coffee and give us a croissant even though we missed it! The staff goes above and beyond what is expected. I would stay at the hotel again just based on location and comfort, but I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know and will always remember this hotel because of thier staff.
- Location very Central, staff very friendly, breakfast very good
- very loud at Night on the Weekends (closeliness to Via del Caldelei)
it ia difficult to find
Discousic 2 nights& poor coffee
Good location. Very helpful and smiling staff. Goog breakfast.
Connection to internet failed.
- good standard for a good price
- the noise of neighbourhood was in some nights brutal and intolerable, can't sleep until it finished around 5:00 in the morning
Poor parking-concerned as car owners pestered by street urchins to give money to watch car. Also the room I was in at back of hotel was overlooking a karaoke bar so very noisy into the early hours(3am).recommend ear plugs.
Very noisy. Club near hotel
Inside the hotel was quite nice.
The lane way access was dirty, dark and a bit scary.
Good location, just a short walk to the main sights. Recently opened, the staff are helpful and the hotel itself are nice.
The area and indeed the street is a bit off-putting. Not the nicest area and the street is barely wide enough for a car.
