Room and breakfast were OK though breakfast not so rich. the parking availability. It was a bit distant from the old port and city center so we had to take the bus or our car (but then we had to pay for the parking). |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, speedy well organised taxi calls Poor restaurant, bar always closed, no coffee / tea making facilities on the room - basically impossible to get any kind of hot drink or food except the buffet breakfast and the a la carte dinner in the evening. |

It was great to have an extra space with a cot in it for the children and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was also easy to find The front desk staff was a bit difficult when we arrived and we had trouble regulating the heat in the room, it was extremely hot! |

Position near to acquarium Room not to be qualified as 4 star hotel: carpet dirty after ask room for asmatic child very dusty, flushing´s noises from others rooms in night time, cold room, hot water running very slowly and little, tap valve old and working very badly, little tv switching itself color\ black and white any channel, need to ask all the time for the basic foods of the breakfast´s buffet otherwise finished...... |

Location perfect; short walk to centre and easy to reach by car. Good free car park. Breakfast was ok. Noise insulation was not sufficient. Not a four star hotel. Pricey, althought seem to follow general Genova standard. |

I booked this hotel, because I needed a place near the Fiera, as was shown on the map. However the hotel was on the other side of the bay. This is a misleading information. |

The hotel was stated that it was 4 star, but in comparison to the other 4 star hotel we stayed in the quality was very poor. I felt as though it was overpriced for the quality of the accomodation. |

Closeness to the port - There within 5 minutes. No restaurant in hotel - few in the immediate area. Rooms and hallways are dreary - old hotel that needs a total facelift. |

Location is perfect, available parking is a very big plus in Genua... View over harbour is magnificent. Machine room makes the rooms on the top floor noisy - at least the two I have experience from. |
