Stuff are friendly! Near to the town.

Really old style hotel. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. Water in the shower has only two settings (warm or cold) additionally low pressure of water. Is disgusting small in the room. During the night is really noisy in the room (ships and airplane sounds). Air-condition das not works correctly. 4 stars is a joke!

Clean, Quiet relativly inexpensive. Convient for travelers particularly if boarding a ferry tyhe next day.

Restaurant was only a snack bar in the evening no full meals. A bit of a walk into town to do sight seeing.

The receptionist (Italian girl) is really helpful on several things when we arrived the hotel in the evening1) she let us the go and see if we like the room which is in the far end to avoid too close the the lift; 2) she fulfilled our wish to have a sea view room; 3) she was helping us how to get local bus to the old centre; 4) she has introduced a few good restaurants for our dinner; Besides the receptionist, the plus sign of the hotel is the location and with a big sign of the hotel name which you could easily see it when you are driving down from motorway

All round a very good hotel

It is clean, functional, well-priced and has secure parking. It faces on to the fascinating port in Genoa.

It is a very large and impressive modern building, but in spite of having booked long in advance, we there was no bedroom available with a sea view, nor is there any public area within the hotel from which the view can be seen. The only public area is a small bar which does not open until night time and even it does not have direct views of the sea. The hotel has no garden, and the walk into the old towm takes far longer than hotel staff say- and also involves weaving between flyovers and unders, through what seems like a not very salubrious area. We would strongly recommend taking the metro which leaves from the ferry terminal close to the hotel and goesto the main central square in the old town. Although our room was meant to be non-smoking, there were cigarette burns on the bedside table and a smell of smoke in the room.

We travelled with a car and the hotel was quite easy to find, although our navigator did not find this house number, luckily we were aware and noticed the building just before turning the wrong way. The hotel has quite a few own parking places, big plus. Not in the centre, but the centre is easily accessible with metro, tickets you can buy from tobacco store. And the tobacco store plus eg supermarket you can find from the small shopping centre next to the hotel. Breakfast also quite nice.

Perfect for a short stay, very close to the shipping dock! The staff is very helpfull and recommended us a very good restaurant!

First of all - very friendly personnel. Everybody was more than helpful with regard to any of our needs, in particular, the Russian girl - Natasha. Breakfast is nice, diverse dishes, fruits and even wine/champagne! The hotel is located near the passage to the Highway and is really convenient for the travellers by car. The location is also rather convenient for sightseeingng - there is a Metro station nearby - "Dinegro", some 10 min to the city center. One can shop in a shopping centre nearby and have a nice dinner in a pizzeria "Da Stefano" (i might have mistyped the name) run by a nice Chinese people but serving a very tasty Italian food. The rooms are clean, in a reasonably new condition and rather comfortable (in particular - on the 3rd floor, our Double was somewhat better than that of our friends on the 2nd). We'd surely stay there again!

We do not have any complaints, in general. Probably, a couple of remarks: Somewhat confusing usage of free WiFi - one hour free of charge. It happened however that one can have as many free hours as one wants. The only problem is that one should go to the reception to get a free receipt for the next hour. The parking was sometimes full, but it was still possible to park the car on the hotel's territory. Moreover, considering the fact that it is almost impossible to find a parking spot on the Ligurian cost during the high season, the hotel's parking is a real value anyway! Those who stay on the 5th floor could hear a bit disturbing sound (probably, airconditions on the roof) but this was possibly a temporary problem, our friends changed the room to the 2nd floor.

A quiet location next to the cruising port with a free parking and a easy ride to the city

a lovely unsmiling staff who didn't listen very well, I was located on the highway side of hotel so no sea view for a short stay I guess.

There is no possibility to iron the clothes in the hotel

This is not a hotel with four Stars as claimed. It is a bed and breakfast that is large enough for a hotel. This hotel does not deserve even a single star for the following reasons: 1. The hotel is very dirty and located in the port. It is not good for those who truly go to 4 Star hotels. The number of Stars is a big cheat and should be removed. 2. The rooms were extremely basic meant for backpackers rather than the 4 star clients like ourselves who were cheated by the offer of reduced price. 3. The personel were not helpuf at all. They barely knew anything about the hotel. 4. I wish Booking.com will remove this hotel from the 4 star and categorise it under no star. 5. The lift (a single one) had a big hole covered by taped old financial times newspaper. This was awful and extremely bad. the wall plasterr was coming off everywhere. 6. The breakfast had a pre-taste that was burning. No taste to the food.. 7. Horrible, horrible, horrible hotel.

The location is, in fact, just above the port. We watched, fascinated, how huge ships loaded and unloaded. And the noise just does not reach you. Comfortable room and bathroom, spacious. Free wi-fi, free parking. Breakfast ok.

Not that far from the city center and the old ort with the Aquarium, but quite difficult to get there, unless you have a car. And then - parking problems in the center. Well, this is not a four-star hotel it claims to be. A bit on the shabby side.No room service in the evening. No restaurant(it's closed, obviously) which is a downside as (see above) it is not that easy to get to the restaurant area (just an absolutely awful McDonald's in the nearby shoppinfg center).

Perfect location for easy access to airport or seaport. Easy to find by car. Very helpful staff who spoke English.

The creaky bed made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The hotel rooms are not good enough for the money that we have paid...

Immediately next to and with unrestricted views of the busy ferry port the hotel is ideally located for those with a car as it offers free parking and easy access to the main road network. Breakfasts were notable especially that options were offered of gluten free food for coeliacs. Access to the old town can be achieved either with a leisurely 30 minute walk, on public transport - bus, underground or train. One hour of free access to the internet was a bonus. Does not offer evening meals other than snacks and a bit remote from other options. Very near to the ferry supermarket. Very happy to recommend - we stayed for 9 nights and would stay again. Genoa now charges 2 euros per person per day tourist bed tax - up to 8 nights.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Interesting view on the port and the sea. Ask for the room on the sea side. Big free parking just near the hotel door. Easy to reach from the motorway. Very close to the ferry terminal, and not far from cruise terminal.

A little bit complex to return from the center at the night due too subway is closed very early at Genoa. WiFi is not free (1 euro per hour).

Location is really great - with the view on the port and the city. If you came from the highway you don*t have to drive threw the city to reach the hotel. Our room was big enough but poor and old furnished.

The dinning room is to small for such big hotel - I have a feeling on the breakfast that I have to eat very quick to leave the dinning room as soon as possible to make a place for the others. The choise of the food was not memorable.
