The location was fantastic - 5 minutes from the Vatican and 20 minutes (on foot) from the centre. Also 2 minutes from the metro! We walked around at night and felt very safe. The room was very big with modern decor, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Of course, they were not there all the time (actually, only in the mornings, when we arrived and when we left) but this is fine as you have a key and go and come as you please. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, etc. Not luxurious, but very beautiful, simple and spacious. We loved it and recommend it highly. δεν myριζει μουχλα καθολου! The building is renovated and clean. Yes, the breakfast is small, but it is excellent. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange taxis for our airport pick-up and drop. Most importantly, they provided us a microwave to warm our baby's food within a few hours of our requesting for one |

Excellent staff who will answer your every question. Good rooms and an excellent location near St. Pieter. Not really. I see that people are complaining about the breakfast (you get a coupon for a coffee and a croissant), but that is the Roman way. When in Rome do as the Romans do! |

Clean, spacious room, very comfy beds and pillows, loads of towels changed each day. Good power shower. Effective quiet air/con. Very useful location . Fun seeing monks, nuns and priests passing by going to the Vatican. We enjoyed breakfast on st at Lu bar. Some noise from st at night, noy problematic to us just closed window. Not safe for toddlers as lowish window sill with no lock and massive drop down to st... our son is older but we never left him unattended in room (even to use ensuite ) because of window. Maybe its us but all the restaurants we tried near our room were not very good food and abit rude in manner as well as being a rip off.much better in other parts of tourist Rome |

Location, location, location to the Vatican and nearby to the Metro station. The owner was very helpful for places to eat and visit. Breakfast was across the street, but they had coffee and tea in the room. |

Excellent location for St. Peter's Square and metro to other main sights. Good value in an otherwise very expensive (for hotels) city. Air conditioning worked well. Room a little spartan. |

The hotel has an excellent location for a tourist in Rome, especially if you plan to visit St. Peter's and the Vatican. It is 300 meters from St. Peter's and from there you can take a tourist bus (EUR 18 for 2 days and 2 routes) that takes you to all the other Rome places (Coliseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc.) The hotel staff is more than friendly (Thanks Leonardo!). Rooms and bathrooms are spotless and modern. You have free WIFI that works well and fast. Even if the hotel is small (only 6 rooms in a 3rd floor of an old building with elevator – do not miss it!) we recommend it 100%. One block from the hotel there is an excellent small tourist restaurant for your lunch, called "La Medusa" in Via Vespasiano. Excellent food, Good prices. |

Proximity to the Vatican, modern and cleanly. The reception is not always manned, which isn't great when there's a 'trick' to getting in at street level, not explained on check-end, and it turns out there's no-one to buzz you in when you return to the hotel. This caused several patrons later in our stay to ring a very loud - unmanned - buzzer in the reception area, right outside the bedrooms, at late or early hours, disturbing all of the other guests. As we didn't know where the buzzer was, we couldn't help to let them in. Small point, but quite annoying when you can't get in, or are woken by someone who can't. |

Staff was very courteous and helpful! Was nice having free Internet and air conditioning. I'd stay here again, especially at this price (95 euro/night). Not that this was a big deal to me, but there was no phone in the room. |

This was next door to the Vatican, practically. It was near the Ottoviano Metro station and served our purposes very well. |

One of the best deals we have ever had in the big cities. Perfect location, just a few steps from the St. Peters Church, which you can see from the window. Realy big rooms, beautifull bathrooms, modern and clean, no carpets, no-nonsens furniture, all with Italian design, taste and functionality, with everything one need. Leonardo, Valentina and Pamela made our stay even more pleasurable. Wonderfull people. We know now where to stay in Rome next time. |

Hotel staff is not always at the front, so we have to inform when I arrived. Breakfast was not served at the hotel but at bars near the hotel. A bar was not kind for the guest who bring meal coupon. |

Very friendly staff who offered guidance on finding the hotel in the city before arrival and who responded quickly to email enquiries. The rooms were large, recently refurbished in modern style and were very clean. The hotel also has an excellent location in the city centre. |

Hotel staff (owner) was excellent. Rooms were very clean. It was very near to Vatican city. Breakfast offered was only a cappuciono and a small croissant. No problem to have this in a shop outside but the quantity was very minimal if you expect a normal breakfast. |
