Comfort Suites Roma  

The location is 5-10 minute walk to the vatican .And the stay is very helpfull . They also can arrange the pick up on the airport .

Location directly across the street from Vatican City. Location of public transportation was within a block. Morning breakfast was very good.

Raphielle our hotel clerk was excellent. She went out of her way to ensure ALL our needs were met and anticipated our requests before we even asked. She provided great recommendations for touring and sight seeing, banking etc. Also, the night clerk (Valereo) stayed 4 hours past the end of his shift to receive us and get us settled. These were truly caring people and stand out as extraordinarily customer friendly in a city whose people are not so inclined. Thank you very much!

This was my second trip to Rome and both times I stayed at Comfort Suites Roma. The location is perfect, looking out the window you can see St Peter's and the Roman lifestyle. Two years ago I brought my daughter for a get away mini vacation and this year I took my sister. Comfort Suites Roma is very relaxing, no frills, do your own thing kind of place and I wouldn't have it any other way.

If I were to change anything it would be the breakfast and a little more of a variety, but that is a very small issue.

Very close to the Vatican, excellent place to be. The rooms are nice and clean, exactly as you see in the pictures. Toilets can be better but still are nice.

Old building as most places in Rome, one night we had a power shortage, no elevator, no water, no air conditioning!!!!. Next day still the elevator did not work. Please do not use the blankets, they have fleas.

The location is near Vatican and lovely and clean rooms.

Breakfast always coffee and bread only.. Would be good to have a decent breakfast for the price of their rooms..

me and 2 of my blokes went there.The second we came in we see nothing but a wonderful hospitality.The guy is so helpful that he shortly told us everything about the hotel and city without asking. He was really helpful to us as it was the first time we been in Rome. Also the location of the hotel is very good, very close to Vatikan and not far from other touristic places and nitelife(unfortunately there is no nitelife in Rome :) The room and sheets and towels were so clean and the wireless internet is a plus.

Location, location, location. Was right next to the Vatican. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

The only problem we had was that we organized transfers with the hotel for from the airport to hotel return for a fixed price of 35euro each way (which is very good). On our way back to the airport we didn't get the fixed rate, the guy charged us 55euro. So my advice is just confirm that it will be the flat rate when you book.

The room was spacious and the hotel is situated in a great location. Leonardo, the owner was very helpful with sending an email to me prior to arrival and organising a transfer from & to the airport.

Klein aber fein. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Reichhaltiges Frühstück gemessen an italienischen Verhältnissen. Ich würde Comfort Suites jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Struttura e camera molto carina e spaziosa, personale della reception molto disponibile e cordiale, ottima posizione per la visita della città.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene sin dall'accoglienza con molta disponibilità da parte dei gestori. Ambiente grazioso e confortevole, la saletta colazione molto carina. Magari tornerò per un altro breve soggiorno, non dubbiterei di tornarci.
