good value for money, convenient location, good place for short stay. the hotel is very quiet, and therefore the street below seems a bit noisy tonight, even if rare walkers talk to each other hot/cold water balance is unpredictable, even in the afternoon/evening when most of people don't use it |

It's location on Corso Garibaldi offered all the restaurants, convenience stores, ATMs and cocktail lounges nearby that one could want. This is particularly nice since it's within a 0 -20 minute walk to all the major central sites. Street Noise. |

No dangerous zone, near by metro station. Wide room. The staff doesn't friendly, arrogant. WiFi can use only on the grand floor and sometime doesn't connect. Old room. There is no bath-tub. The water tap is broken. Coffee in the breakfast is terrible. I never drink such a bad coffee in Italy. Like a muddy water... |

Very good beds, fine breakfast and very service minded staff. The plumming certainly needs a check. The water in the toilet was constantly running. To take a shower was a nightmare, the temperature of the water changed constantly during the bath, from boiling hot to ice cold! When the neighbours used water or the toilet, it made so much noise that you could not hear the TV or it woke you up at night! |

We liked very much the treatment we received from Mr. MAX and Christian, I think they are very professional and very kind persons, they know how to treat the clients of this Hotel, in particular Mr.Max gave us a very nice-comfortable matrimonial room, and we appreciated. |

Central location in a pleasant street with restaurants and cafes. The rooms are rather shabby and the furniture's ancient. The air-conditioning was not working and it was really stuffy in the room. The quality is far from three stars, yet prices are high. |

The location is great, many many eating / drinking options. Nice 20 minute walk to the D'uomo. Great neighborhoods we had fun. The hotel needs major rehab, no a/c, rooms need major updating, no screens in the windows, which lead to many mosquito bites, the whole place was hot and stuffy. The listing says they have A/C but when I was there, Sept. 23 - Sept. 26 2009, there was no evidence of A/C! |

Good location (walking distance to Duomo and Cadorna, nice street), clean, enough wide bed and nice view for a single, safe box, nice staff, free wi-fi in the lobby, self bar (snacks, water) on the floor and coffee automat in the lobby very inconvenient shelf for the bath accessories in the shower, the shower with the curtain. And in whole the room needs the renovation (old and cheap looking furniture, glazed tile, shaky door, noisy next rooms bathroom equipment). |
