The hotel's location is the biggest advantage which can offer you.You need less than 5 minutes to reach metro station called Moscova which connect you with the centre in a few minutes.The Garibaldi street has shops,restaurants and bars which make the street more lively.The breakfast and the cleanliness was quite satisfactory . The hotel is suitable for people who want a trip in Milan for a few days and who care about only for a shower and a nap, if they ride all day in the city.

The hotel has no street view and rooms has only two windows and not balkonies so the rooms are quiet dark and you can't get out for a moment to breathe fresh air more easily .One member of the staff, who was on the charge of the hotel was not polite enough.At the begining when we arrived we had a problem with our reservation and he didn't seem to be calm enough to explain us the situation and at the end of our accomodation when we wanted to pay him due to he was buzy, told us to come later with rude way ! (foul ! big foul !) Finally the rooms are totally non soundproofing !!!

Very close to the Metro station Moscova, only about 3 mins on foot. And it is easily access to the Duomo and the Castle. Staff are friendly and the room is well equiped and clean.

I like it because the staff were friendly but not the slightest bit pretentious.It was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever been in, with regard to scale and decor and I likede the breakfast.As I said to the staff I intend to come next year and stay longer.

I think that some of the decor downstairss next to the lifts, was a bit scuffed and need a coat of paint.

Breakfast was a perfect, hotel is on big street but rooms are not noise.

Perfect location: close to the city center & metro.

There is a night club close to the hotel: the hotel building was trembling from music & night crowd was too loud.

Big room. Too big to be believed, esp. compared with the hotel room in Rome. Big breakfast, fairly good!

The price is a little bit high.

Room was in good condition, clean and nice. Bathroom was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was poor. They said it was 7-10 but at 9:40 everything was running out and not being replaced.

Plus: The hotel is situated near metro station (1 minute walk), in a pleasant part of the town, not too far from the centre (around 15 minutes walk to Il Duomo). The room was large and very comfortable, with a balcony looking to via Garibaldi. Breakfast was very good, you could choose from various sorts of food...

Minus: I was not allowed to pay with Diners card, although web page 'Booking.com' explicitly states that this card is accepted in this hotel. There was a problem with the shower, it was very hard to obtain the right temperature of the water. Beneath the room is located a night club and loud music was played all through the night (it was Sunday to Monday night), so it was hard to sleep because of the noise.

The position is absolutely the best to visit Milan. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, in a very elegant area, close to the metro station. The room and the bathroom were large and lightful.

In my opinion the hotel should be structurally "refreshed".
