Very convenient for La Scala and for access to metro. There is a car parking facility within the hotel and finding the hotel was easy in spite of one way streets. The staff were extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Good value. |

The person at the reception spoke good English and was helpful in showing directions The room was not too clean, the walpaper was dirty and there was a strange smell all over but especially in the bathroom. The breakfast menue was less then acceptable with rolls of 2 days old and really poor selection of food |

Only its place near the metro stop. I did not like very much the room: old furniture, old equipment, rubbed wallpapers, dirty carpet, jammed sink. The main problem is that I could not expect this from the photoes of the hotel and rooms paced in your web. When you know what you pay for - its one situation, but when you pay 99 EUR for the room which is much worse than looked at the photoes - it brings a big dissatisfaction. |

helpful staff, clean sheets, average breakfast, the location of the hotel is good, near to the metro station and city center. The street that the hotel is situated in is very noisy and a bit rough area. The internal decor and furniture is very old and dated. Carpets are old and there is smell of damp in the rooms as you enter for the first time. More like a 2 star hotel. |

Staff and size of room Room I was hosted in was actually without power socket to charge my phone and a very old green color was everywhere: it looked like very dirty! Located in a very small road, the hotel did not make me feel secure when returning back late. |

NIce bathrooms and comfortable beds. Close to the street Buenes Aires, where all the good discount shopping can be found. Most fantastic gelato in Milan is just one subway stop away at Loreto. The wifi internet is terrible! I chose the hotel because of the availability of wifi internet in the rooms for a fee, and free in "all the public areas". The wifi in the rooms was unreliable and would crash every 15 minutes, and the "free" wifi was one computer terminal in the Lobby - if you want to you your laptop you had to pay. As a business traveller needing internet, I felt cheated by the hotel description. |

Very close to Metro station and only 6 stops to Duomo. Interiors rather old but clean. The price/quality ratio is very good. |

Staff were excellent, for such a large hotel you genuinely felt like their only guest. Location - although it is only a short walk to the metro, the description leads you to believe the hotel is a central location near il duomo - in reality you need to use the metro or take a taxi there. Breakfast is very poor, small selection and a cramped dining room for size of hotel. |

Free WiFi. Found free street parking almost in front of the hotel. Huge room. WiFi restrictions prevented using my e-mail and VPN clients. This limitation means I can't recommend this hotel to my colleauges, and I'll choose a different hotel myself next time. |
