Staff were helpful, location was good, breakfast was nice Wifi did not work properly, internet access was slow. Tv was not set up correctly. No iron or tea and coffee facilities in room. Bathroom was a poor design, with a shower that allowed water to spill all over the floor.

location,interior decoration,excelent adjustment of old with modern facilities your definition of" Deluxe Double Room is: room on the third floor with view of the cathedral and some with balcony".We received room on the third floor with view of an inner courtyard and apartment of rather noisy family and no balcony.We did pay ,however,the fee of the booked "Deluxe Double Room".

We were in Bologna just for one night. I can say that the hotel is very beautiful and charming. But the staff is like robots. Don't expect to see smiles on their faces! But anyway, you will enjoy this wonderful town and this nice hotel.

The location of the hotel can't be beat, just off the Piazza Maggiorre. The room was a distinctive cut above a typical hotel room for this price, with little things like robes, slippers, marble fixtures and in-room WI-fi all included. Finally, the included breakfast had much more than most other such hotels. Nothing. This hotel surpassed our expectations.

Fantastic boutique hotel with every attention devoted to delighting the guest: with the welcome; the ambence; beautiful rooms; excellent breakfast choices of real&local food...and the location could not be bettered. One of the best city-break hotels I have discovered! It would be churlish to even try and find fault...it was perfect!

L'hotel si trova in pieno centro, l'edificio storico è stato restaurato con abilità e buon gusto. La manutenzione e la pulizia della struttura sono eccellenti così come la disponibilità del personale. Molto comodo il garage, il prezzo è giustificato dalla posizione privilegiata dell'hotel. Molto particolare è raffinata la sala colazione così come la grande scelta di pietanze offerte.

De centrale ligging , perfect in het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en de prima faciliteiten. Ontbijt geen italiaanse maatstaf maar werkelijk subliem , alles aan wezig in ruime mate.

Centrale, silenzioso, ricca colazione. Il personale è educato e disponibile ma poco sorridente ed un tantino distaccato per essere nella capitale emiliana ;-) . L'accoglienza passa soprattutto per la gestualità oltre che per i servizi l'eleganza e il lusso che per sua natura è una categoria fredda.
