Great location, clean and convenient. Room was very nice and quiet. Staff was very accommodating. When we could not get the cork out of a bottle of wine the front staff took it to a nearby restaurant and had them open it. Room was a bit expensive however all of Venice is expensive. Can't come up with a negative. |

The location was what I was looking for - easy to get to from the vaporetto with no stepped bridges to cross. The single room was small but cute and clean and the bathroom had nice light from the window. The concierge was gruff although he did carry my bag up the last flight of stairs to my 4th floor room. |

Clean, well run and staff very helpful. Room adequate if you only need somewhere to sleep, but a very small (Room No 307) No facilities for making hot drinks in the room and no hotel service to provide such drinks other than at breakfasr. View from the window was a "blank" wall some 3 meters away. No lounge to compensate for very small room |

Easy and excelent location, simple but enough breakfast, small room but clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is very small. If you don't go there early and the hotel is full you have to wait a little. |

Da localização e do café da manhã. Os funcionários da recepção e proprietário são mal educados, não fazem a mínima questão de atender bem aos hóspedes lhes fornecendo as respostas para as informações solicitadas. É como se eles estivessem nos fazendo um favor por estarmos hospedados. "Não precisamos de hóspedes, sempre temos" foi uma das respostas que ouvi! |

Die zentrale Lage hat mir gut gefallen. Alle 6 Stadtteile sind von dort gut zu erreichen. |

un hôtel extrêmement central, à 50 m de la place St Marc et 30 m de la station de vaporetto, idéal pour toutes les visites touristiques de la ville. l'absence de tout espace collectif ( salon, terrasse) pour se relaxer, le petit-déjeuner-buffet : médiocre |

A localização do hotel, junto à Praça de S. Marcos e próximo da paragem do "vaporetto". O interior do quarto com uma decoração a condizer com Veneza. A limpeza pareceu-me boa. O pequeno almoço, embora não muito variado, é substancail e bem servido. |

Airco en Lift Prijs kwaliteit verhouding, tja... Voor zo'n bedrag heb ik in betere hotels doorgebracht. Maar ja, wat wil je het is Venetië. Van te voren wisten we dat Venetië duur was en hebben wij daar rekening mee gehouden. Waar ik het meest ontevreden ben is de veiligheid, iedere keer als ik naar mijn kamer wou staat er een andere persoon achter de counter die niet eens wist wie ik was. |
