Hotel undertaking major refurb which is required and should have closed for duration. Nothing worked and felt like a building site. I would not recommend until refurb completed if then. Not warned about major building works being undertaken

Location suited us, as we wanted something close to train station. Unusual shower set-up. Carpet quite dirty. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

It was a good location for bus, trams, metro, trains and walking into the city centre. Rooms very stuffy and no A/C, despite being advertised. Likewise, with the bar, claimed to open at 5pm but never open or stocked for the entire four days. No teas or coffee facilities in the rooms or in the hotel generally. Reception staff, with one exception, sullen. Do not understand how it got its four star rating.

Hotel Commodore is excellently situated for touring Rome city, close to Rome Termini and city attractions. The family room is very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is wonderful! Hotel staff recommended an excellent restaurant very close to hotel for lovely evening meals and provided options for city tours. Although the furniture and fittings at this hotel appear old and basic (perhaps the reason for guests to comment that it is not a 4 star), as a family with young children we appreciated the location, comfort and breakfast at Hotel Commodore.

Location, buffet style breakfast. Room size for family of 4 was descent. Beds were a little too firm. Television did not function correctly.It had only 1 channel in Italian Language. Remote had no batteries in it, Bathroom had weird shower. Shower head was installed on left lower side which was above the tub.We could'nt take shower standing up. We had to sit down in the tub while taking shower.WiFi is available at a cost.

Friendly staff at reception, location to the main train station in Rome, got my request for a balcony room. Overall good value for money. Lack of tea/coffee facilities in either the room or main hotel, no bar and limited variety of breakfast as it was the same every day. Staff in the breakfast room could smile a little more !

Angenehmes Ambiente, Zimmer nicht so klein, ruhig, gute Lage. Das Frühstück könnte etwas gepflegter und dem sonstigen Anspruch gerechter sein: Richtige Gläser statt Plastikbecher, Speck zum Rührei, richtiger Kaffee statt Nescafe. Trotzdem insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

1. месторасположение - в пешеходной доступности все памятники достопримечательности 2. приличный завтрак 3. очень чистый номер 1. ужасный санузел: душ привинчен к потолку, душевая кабина настолько маленькая, что невозможно повернуться, вода выливается на пол. 2. отель никак не 4 звезды - максимум 3.

De locatie en het ontbijt. De straal water die uit de douche kwam was warm maar zeer klein. Het automatisch verschonen van alle handdoeken en zeepjes mag wel wat anders (milieubewuster) geregeld worden.

Boa localização, perto da estação de trem Roma Termini e relativamente perto do centro histórico. Bons restaurantes perto com preço bom. Funcionários são atenciosos e educados, diferente da grande maioria dos italianos estúpidos que lidamos... Internet cobrada e cara. Para um hotel 4 estrelas, acho que falta um pouco. Café da manhã igual todos os dias.
