The room was very large and clean enough. The breakfast was good. One of the receptionists was very polite and very friendly. Finally, the location was very comfortable, although the next time we will go to Rome (because we will go again!) we would prefer a hotel near piazza Spagna or piazza Popolo. The price is unjustified for the hotel's facilities. However, most of the Rome's hotels have the same very high level in prices, in comparison to other Europe cities.

We especially liked the convience to the train station, and the very buffet breakfast. The service from counter to breakfast and housekeeping was cordial . The unit was large with refrigerator and very quiet and clean. I guess if I have to say something, the furniture could use a little paint. i would like a smoke free lobby . I think if they did that it would be a 4 star hotel.

The location is good. breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful. There were ants in the bathroom and the bedroom. The lift didn't go to the family room and the flight of stairs was less than ideal because we had a child in a push chair. There was a bath when a shower would have been far better.

Very near the station, staff extremely helpful, late check-in no problem. Clean neat rooms. Not luxury hotel but perfect for those who need basic, clean hotel.

The location was great, right next to all transportation, hotel staff were nice, breakfast good. You can't have guests in your room at all, my friend came in for one hour and charged him 25 euro, staff a bit lazy at the front desk, not willing to go the extra mile.

The Location to all the sights meant nearly everything was walkable. This is the second time I have used this Hotel,my only complaint is their reluctance to open the bar. After a long day sightseeing,a couple of drinks in the bar would have been nice.

The hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about city attractions. It could do better at keeping the rooms a bit cleaner. And no iron was available to iron my shirts.

Great location , helpfull staff , good breakfast. The accomodation is not the newest , but so what... Family room 528 was ok. No ballroom , but enough space. Discussion about 3 or 4 stars ? Maybe , but for the price you have paid the service is good.

O atendimento do pessoal de recepçao foi excelente em todos os sentidos.Também a localizaçao, proximo a tudo no centro de Roma. Internet é paga por dia (até em hostel a internet é gratuita...) e tem um sinal muito ruim. Mas, de resto, gostei de tudo.

Da proximidade com a Estação Termini Pequeno almoço fraco, no geral todo o Hotel é fraco para ser considerado de 4 Estrelas. Estou a comparar com Hoteis de 4 estrelas em Portugal que metem este a um canto...

Prima hotel. Had reeds een eerdere ervaring, en ben er om die reden (evenals de locatie) dan ook weer naartoe gegaan. Personeel is correct, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Geen onnodige "tierlantijntjes", wel efficiënt.

“The hotel is in an excellent location. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the main (Termini) train station and the Metro station. The staff was very helpful offering advice on local restaurants(try Cotto's) and directions to all the sights . We walked to the Coloseum in 15 minutes. Rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were large and tiled. Breakfast was very nice with assorted pastries, cereals, juices, meats, boiled eggs, etc. They even went the extra mile and called a cab to the airport for us.
