Location Helpful staff Quiet at night Wifi connection was fast Great breakfast
Nothing it was all great
Location is great.
Wasn't so much impressed by the place. Old carpet in the room needs to be changed, I didn't feel clean.
Location Cleanliness Staff Price
Comfy bed, quiet at night (third floor), substantial continental breakfast, free left luggage and use of bathroom prior to late departure, near to metro, air con.
The breakfast is excellent and the location is really convenient.
Their wifi service is not satisfactory.I paid extra for the wifi servie and bottled water in the room, but their wifi is on a daily basis-you have to renew it from time to time. It's really annoying and they don't provide you with water unless you ask.
Location and the breakfast area
Breakfasts Room had a terrible smell and was dated Lounge areas
The location, very close to the Termini station, and within walking distance to the main sights of Rome. Friendly staff. Light room. Air conditioning. The towels and bed cloth is changed every day.
Very basic breakfast without much variation. Don't be fooled by the photos, in reality the furniture is very old and with some stains on it. The room is very small. There is only one bottle opener in the whole hotel and if you happen to need to open the bottle you'll need to the ground floor to the bar to open it. The floor in the room and in the bathroom were never cleaned even after asking. The shower is either too cold or too hot.
I was lucky with my room, had a balcony although my friend had a bad experience with hers. Breakfast was great and the location is excellent.
Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, close to Termini.
Stuff was unrespectful
Good staff very closed to termini train central stration. Good breakfast
A staff member threatened to call the cops because I was spending some time in a friends room in the hotel. She was NOT polite and she made my hotel experience unpleasant! Although I was going to be a guest the following evening the staff member continued to be rude. In addition, my room was TINY, and old !!! I will not stay here again...:-(
the location. very nice breakfast and an excellent staff
the room, especially the shower, is small
Location was excellent, right next to the main station "termini".
Room was a bit small comparing with other hotels' rooms.
Location; breakfast ok; large rooms
Worn out rooms/furniture; no safe box
1) Perfect breakfast 2) Comfortable bed and room 3) Friendly staff 4) Conditioner in the room
main picture with view on basilica is misleading as this place simply doesnt exist in hotel. rooms are old, toilet amenities smelly, staff doesnt know opening hours of their own bar. working in hotels for last 7 years i would rate this one with 2 stars max
it was quite near city center
the room were not renovated. it is not like the photos on booking.
standard of deluxe room. We had to ask for the additional items
Location was awesome.. Close to Roma Termini station and all the tourist attractions of Rome.. Vatican is a little far.. But in Rome you can either be close to Vatican or the other tourist attractions.. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly.. Breakfast was nice..
Room service is expensive.. Also like many other hotel there, it didn't have a tea maker in the room...
I liked the quiet atmosphere.
Good location, helpfull staff, good breakfast.
Elevator was out of order.
staff are excellent///
Very old hotel with old furnature and requires immediately renovation.. and 4 star hotel should be much better...
Convenient location, friendly, helpful staffs.
There was no "Do not Disturb" sign, and the staffs were knocking on the door several times to see, if they could clean the room. I also wish they make coffee at breakfast, instead of serving from the self-service coffee machine... this is why I didn't have breakfast at hotel but went out to a bar for cappuccino.
