The hotel is in a good location; in the city centre and near Termini. The room was quite old fashioned but quite comfortable, nevertheless.

Attentive, friendly staff. Breakfast room had plenty of space.

Wireless internet did not reach my room with a strong enough signal.

We like the location very much. It was close to all hotspots.

The room were we slept in was very warm 26 degrees!! We told this the staff several times, but nothing changed. We slept at night with the windows fully open.While the temperature outside was 0 degrees! we slept in your hotel for 3 nights, that costs a lot of energy.

The location is ideal for taking city bus trip and many resturaunts.

WiFi is not available in all locations as mentioned, speed of WiFi was just ok but not worth the price of paying for WiFi. Some of the outlets in the rooms did not work.

This hotel is not as nice as the photo in the web, so so...

Unfortunaly my boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Commodore for just one night. It is a very nice Hotel in the city center near by Termini Station. Very good location, staff and structure. Glad to have a special upgrade in Suite for our anniversary. Perfect receptionist made us feel welcoming and safe. большое спасибо! Michelle&Alexey

Good experience, because there were an good offer. Breakfast ok, but not as good as for 4 star hotels normally. 5 minutes from Termini Station. Nice brakfast room.

Friendly staff and good location of the hotel.

It was too noisy in the room (single room) because of too thin wall (also because of the door to another room). Also the single room was too dark and not comfortable to work.

The breakfast was well stocked with lots of choices & the room was cozy. The staff was friendly & helpfull.

The common rooms were very nice, the breakfast was a pretty nice buffet with enough variety. Coffee from a machine wasn't great, but acceptable. Our room was very small, but the washroom was huge with a tub. Elevator was nice and air conditioning worked very well.

Breakfast was good and started at 7am, which is great when you need to check out early.

Very mean to charge 8 Euros per day for wi-fi, these days even the smallest hotels have free wi-fi.

One of the receptionists try to fraud us when we are leaving the hotel. We try to economize the way to the airport and we ask for the receptionist. He tells to us that we are going to spend 1 hour and a half if we take the train in Termini to Ciampino and then a bus to the airport. If we take a taxi from the hotel (50€) everything is going to be easier and faster. In spite of the suggestions from the receptionist we finaly take the "hard" way (train + bus = 3,50€ each person) and time "spent", no more than 35 min... Less even using the taxi services (because of the intensive trafic) pd: sorry for my english.... I hope you understand

The location is excellent for guests arriving by train or metro , It is located next to many shops , bars , restaurants and within easy walking distance to many of the city's main tourist attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have during your stay , the breakfast and rooms were also charming and pleasant. Would happily recommend this hotel and stay again.

I was very impressed for the money as more of a 4 star hotel from the lobby to a very spacious room! The breakfast was included so we expected a few danishes & coffee, however it was very lovely with ham, eggs, breads, many pastries, yogurts & frits! The Commodore is just a few blocks from Termini station so you can get everywhere in Rome by metro & the some of the best shops & restaurants are everywhere in the area surrounding the hotel as well. The staff were incredibly helpful I was travelling down to ravello and the manager organised the most sostenuto efficient way to get their. We took the 11 .40 train from Rome cost 25 (beware of ladies helping you on to train and finding seats for you these are no employed and insist on 10 e for same) you arrive in Salerno at 2.30 walk a Ross to the port take a boat to amalfi cost7E an amazing trip takes about 35 to 40 minutes from amalfi you take a bus to ravello about 30 minutes cost 2 . 40E ravello is the most amazing heavenly place I have ever been

Along with the location being convenient, we found the staff willing to help when requested. Also, the breakfast was exceptional.

The Hotel Commodore was within easy walking distance of the station terminus and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and as much information and maps of the City as we wanted. Our room was very secure and although we did not use the safe in the room it was there if need be. Our room was very clean and kept that way. The breakfast was in a lovely restaurant light/airy and sunny and the variety of the food on offer catered for all needs. This hotel is within walking distance for the Hop On/Hop Off bus - also to be recommended to get an overview of Rome. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome and ease of getting to/from the station terminus and bus tours. An enjoyable 2 night stay.

My only problem was the hairdryer in our bathroom with I was unable to get to work but because of this I now have a new hairstyle so thank you - wouldnt have tried otherwise.

front of house staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast - by continental standards. clean reasonably comfortable. good public rooms, though we did not use them - who would? always select an "inside room" otherwise it could be noisy, ours was pin-drop quiet inside.
