We were very happy with our stay at como apartments. The short walk into the main centre was no big deal. The unit was immaculate and well set out. Facilities worked well. Alberto was very helpful in settling us in. I would recommend again.

Alberto was a kind and interesting host, who made us feel very welcome. Everything was as it should be, and the apartment well presented. Very happy to stay again.

Alberto, the manager, was very friendly and gave us excellent advice about como. The apartment was very well presented and had everything we needed for our city break. It was also in a good, quiet location.

The sofa isn't very comfy and no english speaking tv channels so we didn't spend much time relaxing in the flat.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, tilava. Ullakkohuoneisto takasi sen, että oli kuin olisi ollut omakotitalossa ei kuulunut meteliä naapureista. Astianpesukone ja pyykinpesukone olivat ekstraa. Vuokraisäntä oli erittäin avulias neuvomaan nähtävyyksiä ja ostosmahdollisuuksia.

Esitteessä sanottiin, että huoneistoon kuuluu parveke. Ei ollut. Myös mainittiin, että huoneistosta on sekä vuoristo että järvinä- köala. Vuoristo näkyi ainoastaan kattoikkunoista ja järvinäkymä näkyi erittäin hankalasti lattian tasolla olevasta pienestä ikkunasta. Eli huoneistossa ei ollut yhtään normaalia ikkunaa josta olisi ollut normaalit näkymät.

El apartamento a nuevo, total,super amplio calido y muy luminosobaño completisimo ,igual que la cocina, linda alegre,.El estar enorme y con buenos muebles para descansar, las camas en un dormitorio enorme todo mas de lo ESPERABAMOScon unos ventanales en los techos x donde entra sol y se ven las montañas. Cuando llegas te queres morir del aspecto que tiene el edificio, x fuera, casi nos vamos,pero es tipico de italia, cuando entras al apto la vida te cambia Lavarropas nuevo y heladera freezer, lavaplatos todo funciona y nuevo Es barato si van 4 personas , nossotros somos 2 pero ya sabiamos el precio, el lugatr los vales y la comodidad de estar a media cruadra del tren

El televisor sin control remoto y pocos canales, para los dias de lluvia quenos tocaron

Todella viihtyisä ja tyylikäs vinttihuoneisto, joka soveltuu myös pidempään oleskeluun. Hyvä varustus myös lapsiperheitä ajatellen.

комфорт и чистота(при заезде) в апартаментах, 2 большие комнаты. удобная кухня, большая ванная комната со стиральной машиной. рядом автостанция и железнодорожный вокзал,озеро и пристань с катерами, центр города. возможность готовить себе еду, магазин "Billa" недалеко.

цена конечно высокая, а ведь нет завтрака и не убираются. мусор один раз выносили сами, т.к. мы жили 5 дней, и мусор с остатками пищи надо было конечно выносить. еще внизу располагается бар, по выходным дням бар работал долго и было очень шумно, трудно было заснуть.

Bonne situation via Foscolo mais quelques difficultés de stationnement. Bon quartier avec des commerçants adorables. Décoration sobre : le propriétaire est fou d'Ikéa. Très mauvais oreillers synthétiques : ils sont totalement mous et tiennent chaud - ce dont on n'a pas besoin par 30°. Pour le propriétaire : un appartement prestement restauré et meublé de façon standard pour servir de logement de rapport. Pour le touriste : une arnaque. Plus d'eau chaude le matin du dernier jour...

Prestation absurdement chère pour ce qui est proposé ! L'appartement se trouve sous les toits (les combles ont été aménagés) et ne comporte aucune climatisation, si bien que la température y est de plus de 30° (juillet/août) : on étouffe ! On ne peut aérer en grand puisque les "fenêtres" au ras du sol ne s'ouvrent (à li'talienne) qu'un petit peu (aucune vue sur la ville de Côme). Les stores se trouvant sur les vélux de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sont inexistants : la température y est tropicale. Aucun volet ni aucun rideau occultant : si on arrive à dormir malgré la chaleur, on est de toute façon réveillé par la lumière... Donc un attrape-touristes inhabitable en été.

Appartement entièrement refait à neuf, très propre et relativement spacieux pour un jeune couple avec un enfant. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Très bonne situation géographique pour se rendre dans le centre-ville. Nous avons pu laisser notre voiture durant toute la durée de notre séjour !

Seul petit bémol en plein mois de juillet : pas de climatisation.

Ruim, schoon, prima locatie. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Aan alles is gedacht. Overtreft alle verwachtingen.

Het was een groot appartement, nieuw en modern ingericht. Het was in het centrum van como. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door een man die goed Engels sprak.

We hadden geen airco, maar bij elke kamer was een ventilator en 's nachts koelde het genoeg af. Er is tot laat in de avond geluid op straat. Met de ramen dicht hoor je hier bijna niets van.

Sydämellinen vastaanotto,omistajan joustavuus tarpeissamme.Yksityskohtainen opastus lentokentältä huoneistoon. Huoneiston sijainti Comon sydämessä, vanhaan kaupunkiin/järvelle kohtuullinen kävelymatka.Huoneiston sisustus/kalustus hyvä.

la ubicacion y las instalaciones

La situation géographique de l'appartement (juste au delà des "remparts", à 5 min à pied du centre historique). L'équipement (tout est prévu pour vivre comme à la maison, tout les meubles et équipements sont de qualité) Le calme. La vue. L'accueil très sympathique d'Alberto (qui parle très bien anglais pour ceux qui ne parlent pas italien)

La struttura e la posizione

Very close to the lake front which was brilliant. Had to have about 3 keys just to access the lift, the front door and the apartment so security was definitely not a problem. Very clean and had maps and ferry timetables etc thoughtfully laid on the dining room table.

We had a loft apartment and it was unbearably hot (hotter inside than outside and outside was 30 degrees). After the first unbearable night we managed to get the owner to deliver us fans which cooled the temperature down a bit. If you're staying here over summer make sure they have fans available in the apartment before you arrive.

The appartment is very well located, 2 mins away from the lake and 5mins away from the town historical center.It's easy to park 400m away along the lake for long-term or just down the building (more expensive during the day) The apartment was comfortable spotless clean, well furnished. The owner is nice and helpful. There's a good sushi restaurant just round the corner

My only "regrets" are the tv, old-type... There could be a flatscreen... And the street down the flat which is a bit noisy if you open the windows. But with closed windows at night, it was ok.

En fait, pas de petit-déjeuner inclus, pas de paiement par carte bleue possible. En outre, pas d'interphone, boîte aux lettres...pour sonner dès l'arrivée après de nombreuses heures de conduite ! En bref, un particulier qui a retapé son appartement et qui le loue au noir.... Bof, bof.

Fantastic price consdering the location en space + facilities within appartment. Very close to trainstation and Centre of Como. Just a couple of minutes away.

Isolation of ceiling is not best so have to get used to noise of traffic and wind during nights.

It was extremely clean and they were truly friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. We went there with our toddler and the apartment felt very safe. A bedrail was even installed for him on one of the beds. It was only a 5 minute walk to the historic centre and there was also a supermarket very close by.
