The Hotel is absolutely not a 4 stars level!!! I booked a double room, and when I arrived at 01.00 AM a receptionist didn’t want to see my reservation and handed the keys for a room with twin bed. Went back to the reception have to spend a while to convince him that was not the accommodation I paid for. Finally he offered a new room (and for the keys laying in the reception the hotel was pretty empty!) with 2 single bed put together, a balcony door that was no opening properly and a very old 10” Television. Honestly only the bathroom was ok ! The breakfast was ridiculous, no even the coffee was good, and that is quite difficult to achieve in Italy. No good structure , no nice stuff, absolutely to do not recommend. |

Although big hotel, we had the olympic swimming pool to ourselves. First Class service with friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Good Breakfast. Good restaurant choice. We had a lovely time there. |

The Staff was very kind, Bkf extremly good and the Pizzeria a pleasure to eat NO Beach, without a Car impossible to enjoy your stay. Many outlets closed down |

The beds were of extreme poor quality in the appartments next to the hotel and the appartment rooms/ balcony were also not very clean. Although satelite tv, only Italian channels. |

Kind staff, nice room. A great view from the breakfast room and terrasse. The shower is too small. You could not take a shower without beeing envelopped in the shower curtain. No direct access to a beach. A car is needed. The direct surroundings are not very interesting (suburbs). |

The bus service, right outside and always on time, 1 euro per person each way, nothing to do in Hotel no Pizzeria and no snack food in Bar also pool was closed, room very clean and comfortable and spacious, noise from early in morning 7.00 am from furniture being shifted from restaraunt above.No atmosphere and tennis courts and adjacent hotel almost derelict. The Staff tried to be helpful but had limited English it was Easter weekend and there were few guests no food available, unless you wanted to pay £25 per person for a light lunch in the restaraunt, pool closed, no information, no excursions no restaraunts in vicinity |

Vriendelijk personeel aan de Receptie Hotel locatie, schoonmaak dienst 'vergat' kamer schoon te maken, erg gehorige kamers, strand in de buurt met alleen rotsen en veel vervuiling. Groot hotel met een erg toeristische uitstraling. |
