it was nice to have a good working airco in the room, which was nice and comfortabel

staff was uninterested and not helpfull at all! In the beautiful restaurant with excellent view was waiter with no feeling for clients at all. inspite of the graet weather the man set up a face like thunder. Its so easy o smile! Children of staff were using the pool, lots of noise! Wellness???

Room terrace is very nice but not clean

Very nice location with room overlooking the lake. Large gardens with swimmign pool, tennis court, childrens play area and access to the lake.

Quality/Price was great and good location. Service was good and the location/views amazing!

Quality was not good when it came to furniture and decoration. Updating/changing small details could make a world of difference. There was fake grass/carpet around the swimming area and the plastic chairs/plastic lounge chairs around the swimming The dinning tables had table clothes not modern.

Great food. Extremely friendly staff. Magnificent view.

Some things to be modernize. Breakfast not that good for the price payd. Especially: no real italian coffe !! just a stupid automatic machine. Come on! I come to italy pay a luxury hotel and you give me a dull nescafé ? MOreover, spa was not that clean (the water), smelly; though potentially enjoyable (example of not care in details: the samovar with the Tea was switched off and took ages to heat so that I had to leave before it was ready).

Staff was very friendly. There were very quiet atmosphere and emotional state. Lake view was great! It was very comfortable that kettle, tee and coffee was in the room. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately we didn't visit SPA (our personal problem), so I can say nothing about it. Balcony was very small and not too clean. Renovation in he next to our room disturb us slightly.

alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück und Service lässt auch für Italien zu Wünschen übrig. Sehr Hellhörig, Betten sind schlecht. Es wird gespart wo es nur geht.

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera molto ampia, ben arredata e con un'ottima vista sul lago. Abbondante colazione e buona cucina al ristorante.

Pulizia sufficiente della camera, carente nel ristorante e negli spazi comuni. Ristorante molto costoso.

Buona posizione, bella vista

Estremamente rumoroso anche in tarda serata o notte in presenza di ricevimenti nel ristorante sottostante. Staff non troppo cortese.

Ottima posizione e staff cordiale. Nonostante avessi prenotato, per ragioni di prezzo, la camera con vista collina, forse data la scarsa affluenza, ci è stata assegnata una camera con balconcino e vista lago meravigliosa. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi della spa presente nella struttura.

Non ci sono aspetti particolarmente negativi da segnalare. A volerne trovare riguardano la struttura un po' datata.

Una struttura completa e accogliente, camera spaziosa con vista lago incantevole, centro benessere compreso e ottimo ristorante...da ritornarci certamente

Sarebbe stato ancora meglio se il centro benessere avesse avuto una vasca idromassaggio, ma nel complesso la struttura merita!
