We liked the good standard of the room and the facilities, such as the pool area and the restaurant - good breakfast. The general comfort was good and the location of the hotel is perfect - close to the centre of Sorrento. The staff appeared to be friendly and helpful. |

Clean and tidy,staff were very friendly and spoke good english It had a very relaxed atmosphere and an amazing reception area It did get a bit noisey at times in the night time |

The hotel was very relaxing and within walking distance of the town. It had a nice pool with plenty of sun beds and a nice pool side bar and great spa and great shower in en-suite. Very enjoyable We were in the older part of the hotel and the room was fine but not as nice as the newer rooms. |

The garden and the area around the swimingpool was very beautiful, and the location of the hotel are great, 10 min. to the beach and 5 to 7 min. to centrum. 1. Coffe at the breakfast buffet was very bad. 2. I think the sunbeds should be incluided |

near the town and very good standard. Swimmingpool was very nice. The hotel had a very good standard with good breakfast.We loved the stay very much. No, but we had appresiated better chairs in til rooms |

Extremely friendly hotel staff ready to help ineverything,nice garden where breakfast could be taken beautiful view from balcony that I had in my room. One has to walk 200-300 meters from entrance to reception with some slope . Not very convenient . Yhough there is a trolly vehicle that you may call to take you and your luggabe it is not always available immediately. |

Good location, lovely pool area. Booked single rooms, given possibly worst room in hotel, more like a two star than four star. Next to elevator, no sleep for two nights until they managed to find another room. Given double room which was excellent. Choose room carefully. |

Location was good. Wide variety for breakfast buffet. We were very disappointed by the hotel- No way should it be 4 star! Room was very dated, needed redecorated, bathroom was dirty on arrival, towels were stained, walls were very thin and you could hear everything from adjacent rooms. There was a 5euro charge for sunbeds by the pool. Service at Pool bar was awful! |

The staff at the desk always tried to solve any problems/questions. The breakfast was good. clean and no sight of any ants etc.... the poolarea was kept clean aswell. Good location, just at the end of main street. The view from the balcony, superb. The hotel had no antinoise design, to stop the sounds from the corridor and other rooms, that I expected in a 4star hotel even in a hot place like Sorrento. Now there where not many "wild youngester" so it didnt cause any probs. this time... |

The breakfast was excellent. The facilities of the hotel (eg, pool, lounge bar etc) were good and the location of the hotel was also very close the the city centre. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that our room did not have an internal lock. Therefore when the cleaners opened our door with the key there was no internal lock from preventing them from coming in. Also there was not a 'do not disturb' sign you could place on the door either. |
