Nice hotel. Good location. Good breakfast, clean modern rooms. Balcony overlooking terrace and pool. The hotel was little noisy, as the walls were thin. Particularly noisy first thing in the morning as the older couples/ travellers (predominant guests of hotel) prepared for their day trips. Disappointed that the pool only had sun first thing in the morning. |

We were put in a dark bedroom facing the rocks. We hardly stayed in the room for this reason. The breadkfast was the same every day and the variety of fruit was poor. |

have a balcony & nice view, roomy, good location, it was near the train station in Sorrento, 10 or 15 minutes on foot. I stayed the other hotel in Sorrento for two nights more, compared with it, this hotel was very nice. And near to good restaurant. One of staffs at reception area were very unfriendly, but the others were very kind. However mostly staffs from breakfast area were very unkind. |

Liked the location, staff, decor and breakfast. Entrance to reception rather long if buggy not available. May not suit those with any disability |

Fantastic view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Reception staff informative and friendly. Good location. For a hotel of this size the breakfast options were poor - some sort of "juice" dispensed by a machine, coffee also from a machine, no decaf drinks, poor choice of cereals, yoghurt from a machine, surly dining room staff. Very small TV in the room with poor choice of English language channels. Payment required to use fridge and safe in room. |

The location was superb, handy for the shops and not too far from the harbour, the staff very friendly and the breakfast very good. Sun loungers were charged at €5 per day or part day which I thought was very bad for an expensive hotel. |

Nothing. Hotel staff extremely rude and grumpy. I did not like the beds, they were extremely hard and I hurt my shoulder and neck because of this situation. |

Hotel Conca Park is in a great location in Sorrento, walking distance to the main square, train station, main street, beach and port. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious - just simple eggs, ham/bacon, cheese, bread and fruit but all fresh. Could get a little crowded at rush hour though! The rooms are basic but clean. Our room (302) looked out onto a rock face (!) but the only time we spent in there was in bed. If you do expect to be spending time on your balcony then maybe the extra money for a seaview would be worth it. The pool is lovely, chilled, and great for both relaxing and for families. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our shower was either strong and cold or warm and a dribble. Bit difficult to control! The view from the pool / terrace is not of the sea / coastline, but of the building opposite and the mountains on the right. Not a major fault as you are so close to many venues in Sorrento / along the Amalfi Coast which offer magnificent views. Walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper, you may be woken as neighbouring guests get in during the night - fortunately for us, we're not! The staff were ok, the majority having to be coerced into a smile although there were a few exceptions. From other comments, I believe there is a huge difference between the old and the new rooms. We were in an old room which was not 4 star standard but fine and clean. |

The location of the hotel was perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the main street. The hotel itself was beautiful, rooms were spacious, staff were helpful, pool was fantastic, there was even a day spa. The icing on the cake was the piano player every night, downstairs in the bar! We had a sea view room so we could also hear music from the main street, which was great. I would definately stay in this hotel again and would recommend to anyone. |

When we arrived we were whisked up to reception in a golf buggy as it was about a 300 metre walk up a slope in well lit tunnel. Had a stowaway in the form of a little gecko who managed to get in somehow but the overall experience was good and the cleaners did a wonderful job of tidying up our mess which we tried to make good before we left every day but............Buffet breakfast was nice and offered lots of choice but lunch, whilst reasonably priced was not the greatest. Alcoholic drinks were pricey but they were so everywhere in Sorrento. |

We liked the good standard of the room and the facilities, such as the pool area and the restaurant - good breakfast. The general comfort was good and the location of the hotel is perfect - close to the centre of Sorrento. The staff appeared to be friendly and helpful. |

The hotel was very relaxing and within walking distance of the town. It had a nice pool with plenty of sun beds and a nice pool side bar and great spa and great shower in en-suite. Very enjoyable We were in the older part of the hotel and the room was fine but not as nice as the newer rooms. |

The garden and the area around the swimingpool was very beautiful, and the location of the hotel are great, 10 min. to the beach and 5 to 7 min. to centrum. 1. Coffe at the breakfast buffet was very bad. 2. I think the sunbeds should be incluided |
