Modern and chic hotel right in the town centre but with easy access to the pistes. The hotel was comfortable and spacious and our room was very trendy - an attic suite on the 3rd floor. Drinks were good value and the set-menus mostly very good, with several choices. Wine reasonably priced and a good choice available. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good free Internet nearly everywhere in the hotel. Very little in this hotel to dislike, but I suppose the ski-room wasn't great. It needs more benches and is a little awkward to access. Livigno's tunnel hours on a Saturday are a pain.

With our friends we come in the winter in Livigno for 4 years and have been in many hotels. I think this hotel is one of the best. Location, comfort and service are very good.

Most of the staff very friendly and location very convenient to shops, restaurants and ski slopes The restaurant manager not friendly and would not give us a breakfast table for all 5 one morning. We had to squash 5 people around 4 man table

Lo Staff e' stato cordiale e presente, attento alle nostre piccole esigenze: davvero una cosa apprezzabile. La camera, spaziosa, pulita e con una visuale perfetta sia sul centro cittadino che sulle montagne. Colazione e cena di gran classe, con prodotti tipici serviti in maniera raffinata. Davvero, non potevamo desiderare di piu'.

Sehr schönes kompaktes Hotel. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen Dauerlautbeschallung in der Bar, gemütliche Unterhaltung eingeschränkt.
