Glimrende hotel, god beliggenhed, kun en gade fra Marcuspladsen, vil evt. bruge dette hotel ved besøg i Venedig igen

Hotellet har en meget fin beliggenhed i forhold til at bevæge sig rundt i hjertet af Venedig. Udsigt over Marcus Pladsen (ved tilvalg) - nemt at finde.

Fra man træder ind af døre til hotellet bliver man bombaderet med tilbud om diverse aktiviteter. Ved nærmere eftersyn er de tilbud man får på hotellet væsentligt dyrere end når man selv opsøger - bl.a. sejlads i Gondol, spisning på hotellet m.v.

Everything but the staff, in particular, were absolutely delightful. The first room was not so good but it was the last room, that night, and we were quickly moved, next day, to a really excellent room at the same price. We would certainly go back.

I suppose it was quite expensive like everything else in Venice

My husband and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. We were given a lovely room with a view of St Mark's Square. The hotle was small and personal and the staff were thoughtful and helpful beyond what was required. We asked them for suggestions on where else to stay on our trip and they arranged everything. Every one of their suggestions was superb. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

The staff went over and above to make us all feel at home! The kids still talk about Omar and how they were made to feel like there. Super proximity to the Square. Room was small but only because they accomodated us and added to beds for the kids. Had one of the most fabulous dinners we've ever eaten at their restaurant! I will recommend all my friends stay here. Had a great breakfast buffett as well! Just super and well worth the money!

Location next to St. Marks cathedral and the adjoining Square. Excellent and very pleasant dining room, very good restaurant staff. Good food. Room extremely nice and comfortable.

I liked the hotel, but we had to go from there to the airport very early one morning. When we inquired at the hotel desk as to the best, quickest way to get there, we were advised to take a speed boat, which we agreed to do at a price of roughly US $125. When we arrived at the airport, a porter there demanded that we pay another US $30 to bring our bags into the terminal, quite some distance away, especially so as we had 5 fairly heavy bags to carry. The hotel man surely knew this and ought to have informed us before we agreed to the fast boat. The boat owner, by the the way, drove as though demons were chasing him. He was actually racing with another boat also going to the airport. We did not appreciate that.

The most important thing about the hotel it is its location, near Saint Marc square. Our room had a view over the famous Basilica. The room was spacious enough and clean.

The staff was not very helpful and polite. From another point of view, the room was a bit noisy, but taking into consideration its position, it is understandable.

Excellent location!, however, you should notice that no all rooms have view of St Mark's Square so be strict when booking.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The location was also very good. Very close to San Marco and there were many restaurants nearby.
