Hotellet har en meget fin beliggenhed i forhold til at bevæge sig rundt i hjertet af Venedig. Udsigt over Marcus Pladsen (ved tilvalg) - nemt at finde. Fra man træder ind af døre til hotellet bliver man bombaderet med tilbud om diverse aktiviteter. Ved nærmere eftersyn er de tilbud man får på hotellet væsentligt dyrere end når man selv opsøger - bl.a. sejlads i Gondol, spisning på hotellet m.v. |

the friendly staff were fabulous and we felt very special in the honeymoon suite for our 22nd wedding anniversary, the views were amazing over the square. The hotel was so beautiful - we will definately recommend it to all our friends. |

The welcome reception was so wonderful because we had a long 8 hour trip to Italy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is also wonderful because we shopped, rode the gondalas and listened to music on San Marco Square and it was all only steps to our hotel. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone staying in Venezia. Molte grazie! The elevator |

It`s so close from PL. san Marco and the restaurants. After going out, you`re within 5 minutes in your hotel. Easy with kids. The breakfast was fine (without eggs but you can order them - you have to pay some extra for eggs). |

The staff were very friendly and curtious at all times. The location of the hotel was perfect for st marks square and surrounding tourist attractions. The breakfast area is rather small , In high season this could be a problem with a full capacity hotel. |

It is one of the best situated hotels in Venice being close to shopping, reastaurants and the Marcus square. Concordia markets that you can eat out on a terrass overlooking the Marcus square. This is only applicable for the most expensive hotel room and not for normal guests. Norty Concordia, false marketing! |

Downtown of Venize with a relatively good value for money in low season. Luxury hotel with a view to St. Marco's square? Well,maybe not quite so.. the hotel was clean, servivce was fine and welcome drink was nice extra. Also nice trip to Murano was organised by the hotel to see how glass was made which was nice. |

Staff was pleasant. For an older hotel, it was clean. The "only view of San Marco" was highly overrated. Can't see much from the roof top because of all of the buildings. Bathtub did not work so unable to use. Beds were hard as a rock. |

The location was great... And the breakfast was very good. Unlike their website said, we did not have a view of San Marco and it was very noisy. We paid extra for 2 more beds for our children and the room was too crowded to walk. |

The hotel was situated in an excellent location right on the corner of St Marks Square in Venice. The staff and service were excellent. No view from the room! |

The service here was excellent. Welcoming drink was nice and turn down service at night was a nice surprise. Staff was very helpful and courteous and made us feel welcome and safe. First restaurant out the hotel door and to your right was excellent. Best 6 cheese pizza ever! Great staff also! We had a great trip! Location was excellent. Right off of San Marco square. |

Staff were all excellent and friendly, always willing to help. housekeeper need to understand the basic english needs for guest especially toilet amenities like toothbrush, shaver etcs. My request for toothbrush instead housekeeper gave me two mineral bottle water and lightbites though is bound to small matters but it will not reflect well on its current reputation... |
