Nothing was 5 stars in this place.

Very very old uncomfortable bed & furniture. Pictures were totally exaggerated. Don't let the pictures fool you. Room too small. Reception too small. Breakfast normal. No shades on the windows, no curtains, no nothing. The curtains were for show only; cannot be closed. Basically, not recommended unless you really have to and you just need some place to sleep and wake up at sunrise.... They try though!!

I was happily surprised while checking in, we were upgraded to a lovely room facing Piazza San Marco! Hotel staff and cleanliness of hotel was tops. The carpeting was in need of change. But nothing to complain about. Excellent location! Breakfast had a variety of items. And was very good.

No terrace club Small lift Facing basilica where Construction material was lying. There were flowers n greenery missing in n around? No welcome drink u cd improve

The junior room got the most fantastic view

It is quite far from the port and we need to walk pass a large number of tourist.

I thought the 170 euro was some what expensive considering my return cost 30 euro. I was not aware how easy it is to travel from the airport to san- Marco. I should have done my home work. I would still book with you again .

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They are friendly and always have a smile. They make your stay so relaxing and make you feel at ease.

The location is excellent to visit historical places, and we were there during the last days of carnival. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was our 2nd honeymoon after the 25th anniversery of wedding. And felt excellent and unforgettable.

the photos of the rooms are nicer than in reality. the entrance of the hotel is not very convenient for carrying luggages.

The location was amazing , breakfast was lovely.

The room was very small, didn't get the room we had paid for, and was charged for using the mini bar when not used.

Nice location. some of the room could see the plaza.A large bathroom.

The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and no elvator, so need to take the lugguge.

Great Location with very nice decoration. My room is on the top of the hotel with very nice balcony for the view for the square. It would be the best room of this hotel. I love it very much and sure will be back and stay at this hotel.

Very unique place lots of back streets to explore, superb architecture. Plenty of bars and coffee shops for the weary sightseer. We went in February so it was chilly but quiet which I prefer to hot and very busy.

Eating out is hit and miss and expensive for what you get, service can be poor.

Excellent location! Just steps from Piazzo San Marco and all of the shopping. The staff was great! We were there during Carnivale and loved it! I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the junior suite room. Outstanding Hotel with view on San Marco square. Highly recommend. Professional and very friendly staff, very clean, comfortable and romantic room. We definitely will be back.

The hotel is situated in the middle of Plaza San Marcos, excellent location. The room was beautifully decorated including an outdoor terrace. They were courteus and ready to help with our requests for mobilisation within Venezia. This was our first visit and thanks to them we were able to book events and get to know this beautiful city at a glance. I would surely stay here again.

The hotel offered to pick us up at the train station, we accepted thinking the american way (via a hotel shuttle/vessel). Our mistake was not to ask for costs before. The hotel passed a bill of 130.00 Euros for this service.
