Quarto para 4 pessoas com apenas duas camnas de casal. Local extremamente barulhento, que torna muito difícil conseguir dormir

localização excelente.Muito fácil a pé desde a paragem do allilaguna, na praça de san marcus, vindo do aeroporto.na recepcção atendimento excelente.

O conforto e a qualidade do quarto bem como toda a decoração do quarto e do hotel. Funcionários do hotel muito simpáticos. A proximidade dos locais turisticos é excelente.

Podem melhorar a oferta no pequeno almoço. Precisa de mais diversidade e quantidade.

My husband and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. We were given a lovely room with a view of St Mark's Square. The hotle was small and personal and the staff were thoughtful and helpful beyond what was required. We asked them for suggestions on where else to stay on our trip and they arranged everything. Every one of their suggestions was superb. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

The staff went over and above to make us all feel at home! The kids still talk about Omar and how they were made to feel like there. Super proximity to the Square. Room was small but only because they accomodated us and added to beds for the kids. Had one of the most fabulous dinners we've ever eaten at their restaurant! I will recommend all my friends stay here. Had a great breakfast buffett as well! Just super and well worth the money!

Location next to St. Marks cathedral and the adjoining Square. Excellent and very pleasant dining room, very good restaurant staff. Good food. Room extremely nice and comfortable.

I liked the hotel, but we had to go from there to the airport very early one morning. When we inquired at the hotel desk as to the best, quickest way to get there, we were advised to take a speed boat, which we agreed to do at a price of roughly US $125. When we arrived at the airport, a porter there demanded that we pay another US $30 to bring our bags into the terminal, quite some distance away, especially so as we had 5 fairly heavy bags to carry. The hotel man surely knew this and ought to have informed us before we agreed to the fast boat. The boat owner, by the the way, drove as though demons were chasing him. He was actually racing with another boat also going to the airport. We did not appreciate that.
