Чистенько, скромненько, немного замшеленько и убогенько. Окна с "видом на площадь" реально смотрят в боковую стену собора Сан-Марко. Ванные в мраморе. Заявлен декор комнат в стиле 18 века, выглядят реально немного архаично. Нет халатов. |

отличное расположение, стильный богатый интерьер фойе и номеров, внимание персонала рецепции.У нас было забронировано 2 ночи, но мы приехали на день раньше - нас поселили без проблем (хотя это скорее спасибо не отелю, а несезону :)) очень странный завтрак - в отеле такого уровня в него не входит ни 1 горячего блюда (хотя бы варёного яйца), ни чая или кофе (их надо заказывать и ждать кипятка и пакетика). Бесплатная экскурсия на Мурано, настойчиво предлагаемая на рецепции, естественно оказалась впариванием дорогущего стекла, на сам остров с фабрики не выпустили |

Удобное месторасположение, возможность пользоваться бесплатным интернетом без ограничений, дружелюбное отношение персонала К сожалению в номере не работал кондиционер, было очень душно. В открытые окна летели комары. |

Everything but the staff, in particular, were absolutely delightful. The first room was not so good but it was the last room, that night, and we were quickly moved, next day, to a really excellent room at the same price. We would certainly go back. I suppose it was quite expensive like everything else in Venice |

We liked reception on arrival and the courtesy of the staff, Hotel was ideally placed for our varios expeditions. Walk with Maria, arranged through the hotel was expensive but good value. Room was too hot, the AC was not working so we slept with windows open. Outside environment was noisy for most of the night. |

My husband and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. We were given a lovely room with a view of St Mark's Square. The hotle was small and personal and the staff were thoughtful and helpful beyond what was required. We asked them for suggestions on where else to stay on our trip and they arranged everything. Every one of their suggestions was superb. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice. |

Well located in the center, walking distance to all the city attractions and warm atmoshpere. rooms not big enough but this is typical for Venice. |

The staff went over and above to make us all feel at home! The kids still talk about Omar and how they were made to feel like there. Super proximity to the Square. Room was small but only because they accomodated us and added to beds for the kids. Had one of the most fabulous dinners we've ever eaten at their restaurant! I will recommend all my friends stay here. Had a great breakfast buffett as well! Just super and well worth the money! No, it was just perfect! |

The location is perfect from all point of views but most important it is close to main touristic attraction. If you choose a room with San Marco Square view you will get an unbelievable experience which I recommend to everybody. The hotel is perfect for couples. Hotel stuff is really good and they know their job very well offering to guest all info which are more then enough to have a pleasant vacation. We went to Venice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I just mentioned this to reception and we have got offers for romantic trips in Venice: private gondola, private trip at sunset with champagne etc. We do not regret that we choose Concordia hotel and we hope to return back some time. |

they organised excellent privat tours for us I booked this hotel as it was advertised with a roof top terrace, this is only for the privat suite ,very missleading and dissappointing |

Location next to St. Marks cathedral and the adjoining Square. Excellent and very pleasant dining room, very good restaurant staff. Good food. Room extremely nice and comfortable. I liked the hotel, but we had to go from there to the airport very early one morning. When we inquired at the hotel desk as to the best, quickest way to get there, we were advised to take a speed boat, which we agreed to do at a price of roughly US $125. When we arrived at the airport, a porter there demanded that we pay another US $30 to bring our bags into the terminal, quite some distance away, especially so as we had 5 fairly heavy bags to carry. The hotel man surely knew this and ought to have informed us before we agreed to the fast boat. The boat owner, by the the way, drove as though demons were chasing him. He was actually racing with another boat also going to the airport. We did not appreciate that. |

The most important thing about the hotel it is its location, near Saint Marc square. Our room had a view over the famous Basilica. The room was spacious enough and clean. The staff was not very helpful and polite. From another point of view, the room was a bit noisy, but taking into consideration its position, it is understandable. |

Excellent location!, however, you should notice that no all rooms have view of St Mark's Square so be strict when booking. |
