Vi beställde ett fyrbäddsrum och fick ett rum med två sängar på 120 cm. Våra söner är 15 och 17 år gamla och storväxta så som ni förstår fungerade det inte. Efter en del om och men fick vi byta till ett pyttelitet rum med 4 korta sängar. Om man beställer fyra sängar ska man väl inte få ett rum med 2 120 cm långa sängar. Trots att vi kom kl 20,00 och var hungriga fick vi vänta på det första rummet. Dåligt. Otroligt att hotellet hade 4 stjärnor kändes som ett 3 stärnigt hotell. Anledningen till att vi valde just detta hotell var att de påstod att de hade fyrbäddsrum. Annars hade vi valt ett annat hotell. Se ovan jag skrev visst I fel ruta. Bra var läget på hotellet. |

Vänlig och trevlig personal Hårdförsäljning av tex guider utflykter än information med de mycket höga priserna för dessa tjänster så slår det tillbaka på personalen som oseriöst. |

Well located in the center, walking distance to all the city attractions and warm atmoshpere. rooms not big enough but this is typical for Venice. |

The staff went over and above to make us all feel at home! The kids still talk about Omar and how they were made to feel like there. Super proximity to the Square. Room was small but only because they accomodated us and added to beds for the kids. Had one of the most fabulous dinners we've ever eaten at their restaurant! I will recommend all my friends stay here. Had a great breakfast buffett as well! Just super and well worth the money! No, it was just perfect! |

The location is perfect from all point of views but most important it is close to main touristic attraction. If you choose a room with San Marco Square view you will get an unbelievable experience which I recommend to everybody. The hotel is perfect for couples. Hotel stuff is really good and they know their job very well offering to guest all info which are more then enough to have a pleasant vacation. We went to Venice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I just mentioned this to reception and we have got offers for romantic trips in Venice: private gondola, private trip at sunset with champagne etc. We do not regret that we choose Concordia hotel and we hope to return back some time. |

they organised excellent privat tours for us I booked this hotel as it was advertised with a roof top terrace, this is only for the privat suite ,very missleading and dissappointing |

Virtually in St Marco's, very convenient Pretty noisy esp Sat night, and the room is on 1st floor. Small bathroom does not have ventilation |

Location next to St. Marks cathedral and the adjoining Square. Excellent and very pleasant dining room, very good restaurant staff. Good food. Room extremely nice and comfortable. I liked the hotel, but we had to go from there to the airport very early one morning. When we inquired at the hotel desk as to the best, quickest way to get there, we were advised to take a speed boat, which we agreed to do at a price of roughly US $125. When we arrived at the airport, a porter there demanded that we pay another US $30 to bring our bags into the terminal, quite some distance away, especially so as we had 5 fairly heavy bags to carry. The hotel man surely knew this and ought to have informed us before we agreed to the fast boat. The boat owner, by the the way, drove as though demons were chasing him. He was actually racing with another boat also going to the airport. We did not appreciate that. |

The most important thing about the hotel it is its location, near Saint Marc square. Our room had a view over the famous Basilica. The room was spacious enough and clean. The staff was not very helpful and polite. From another point of view, the room was a bit noisy, but taking into consideration its position, it is understandable. |

Excellent location!, however, you should notice that no all rooms have view of St Mark's Square so be strict when booking. |

The room we were in was really nice. The terrace was great and the location was wonderful. Right at Saint Mark's square. Didn't have a reason to drive any where. |

the friendly staff were fabulous and we felt very special in the honeymoon suite for our 22nd wedding anniversary, the views were amazing over the square. The hotel was so beautiful - we will definately recommend it to all our friends. |

The welcome reception was so wonderful because we had a long 8 hour trip to Italy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is also wonderful because we shopped, rode the gondalas and listened to music on San Marco Square and it was all only steps to our hotel. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone staying in Venezia. Molte grazie! The elevator |
