The location and the scenery only. Oh and the room had Sky sports. Air con. Close to the town centre. The staff at night on reception was not friendly - but the morning staff was nice. The room was small and close to the reception so could hear noise. I don't like two beds used as a double. Far from the beach .. need to take a cable car. |

Great breakfast service on the rooftop terrace. We rented the family room with two ajoining rooms,each with its own bath. Showers were small, but good hot water and water pressure. Beds were comfortable and it is close to the pedestrian mall, but still quiet at night. Small balcony was not useable. |

Excellent location near the heart of the city. Very nice, pretty flowers, excellent breakfast on a lovely terrace with great view. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. |

Great location within very easy reach of the town centre and the staff were great with some excellent tips on where to eat and drink. Theyalso told us about a half day cooking course we did and loved. |

Availability of the staff.Good breakfast. Big room for three. Close (5mins on foot) to town centre +10 Euro / night for park the car. Very bad sound insulation of the room. |

Hotel is ideally placed near the old town with spectacular sea views, especially from the roof terrace which also offered a low cost and underused bar, far nicer than most of the cafes in town! Staff were very friendly. |

We found this to be a very nice family run hotel. The location is really excellent - just a few minutes from the main street and also from the cable car down to the beach. The location is also very quiet,though, and there is dedicated parking provided a little further up the hill for a small charge. The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing and the breakfast was fine. |

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is good. Hotel location is good, quite because away from town centre but need to walk a little bit uphill. The room is very small and the bed is too bad. |
