Condotti Inn  

The hotel is located in an old building on one of side streets almost in the city center (10min walk from both Pantheon and Piazza Navona, as well as Castel St Angelo and Vaticano; Fontana di Trevi is reachable within 15min on foot maximum). Rooms are good equiped, windows face empty backstreet. Cleaning was done every day.

Breakfast lacks hot meal and variety. Croissant with jam every morning should be added by sth else.

Localization. Taylored made hotel for few people. Breakfast served in the room. Free wifi. The girl from the reception (Nadia) very friendly.

First floor, no lift. Small street a bit noisy ( a dog barked a lot).

Very nice condotti. Having breakfast in bed. Top staff !!! Very good located, very near to nice bars, trattoria's, shops, Castel Angelo, Via del Corso, Piazza Navona

Location is very good. Very close to major shopping stores and walking distance to vatican city. The staff informed us about a very good italian restaurant next to the hotel.the staff was very helpful in giving out information about nearby attraction.

The staff was not friendly when she found out that I was supposed to be out to vatican city by 8.30 am because I requested my breakfast at 8 am. She was not happy that I didn't keep my words. This is my first time that I stayed in a hotel and the staff didn't like when I was not ready to leave in the morning. You need to carry your luggage to the condoti inn. If u travel light it won't be a problem.

Everything especially the staff, very helpful and kind.

There is NO ELEVATOR in here.. There are around 30 stairs to go up, so if you're planning to bring big luggages don't stay here..

Even though it was a great location, it was a little difficult to find until I learned the area. It is on a very small side street.

The hotel is ideally situated in the center of Rome and you can reach all major monuments, shops, restaurants, and night bars by foot!!! It is located at a small quiet road next to the via de Condotti, near Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna, and a few meters far from the river. You can really get a quiet and comfortable night sleep. Small hotel, clean room, free wireless connection, nice pillows, comfortable mattress, ikea inspired decoration, air conditioning, hair dryer, fridge, double window on a quiet road. It felt like living in an Italian home, with a small aula in front of the reception. It really felt like being an Italian! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nadia contacted us before our arrival to ask at which time exactly we arrive! She gave us a map and explained us how to move in the city and how to reach the airport. We really appreciated her help and her kindness (We stayed in the room 3).

We are satisfied and we would definitively stay again at Condotti Inn next time we go to Rome! There are still some things that they could improve: They could change the towels every day. They could replace the patchouli perfume in the corridor by a neutral one. They could avoid tidying up the client’s objects in the room. The breakfast (served in the room) is poor. Industrial biscuits and bread, industrial juices, strange yogurts, butter, a kind of “la vache qui rit” cheese, coffee. On the first day they brought us cafe latte (strange) but the second day we asked them to bring us normal coffee and they did it. (Italy and coffee go together, we need good coffee!!). If you have heavy luggage, note that there are 3+9+9+3 small steps till you reach the reception and your room. (But they are easy to climb since they are small).

The two best things about the Condotti Inn were the location and the manager, Nadia. You can't beat the location - about 3 minutes walking from Piazza Navona. You can walk to any of the major sights in Rome, the furthest being the Colosseum at about 30 minutes. Nadia is extremely helpful and makes sure to do everything possible to improve your stay. The room is simple, but very clean and updated. The WiFi was free and worked our entire 6-night stay except for one evening. There is AC, but you need to ask for the remote. Once we did that, the room got nice and cool for sleeping.

Very clean, well decorated room and lovely staff who rwally go the extra mile. The hotel location is very good, and it is possible to walk to all the tourist destinations no problem. I recommend this hotel.

O "hotel " é muito charmoso. Próximo aos pontos turísticos de Roma. Pequeno e super confortável, a recepcionista Nádia foi excelente, nos ajudou muito, foi muito prestativa em tudo que solicitamos.

Ao chegar no hotel tem uma escadaria para chegar aos quartos, após 13 horas de viagem foi bem ruim carregar as malas escada acima... mas o charme do Condotti Inn compensa.

Situation geographique ideale. Personnel adorable. Un peu bruyant le matin. Pdj parfait.

Chambre un peu petite mais c est vraiment un detail.

帰りに、ホテル近辺のバス停から空港までのシャトルバス乗り場を案内され、行ってみると、非常にわかりずら- く、見つけられずホテルに電話をしました。 すると、わざわざスタッフの方が車でバス停まで来てくれて、シャトルバス乗り場まで連れて行ってくれました- 。

Personnel accueillant, prévenant, disponible. Nadia parle français. Jolies chambres, tres propres, confortables. Situation idéale pour toutes les visites : a 2 min a pied de la place Navona, tout est accessible a pieds (Vatican, centre historique, Colisée un peu plus loin 30/45 min, rues commerçantes).
