The hotel is surely a quiet and cozy place. The staff is great, they give you concrete answers and solutions. The best is its location and its value for money. |

This is a very good location for shopping, seeing people around Piazza di Spagna and enjoying many good restaurants. The frontdesk gentleman looked very unpacient and not willing to give turistic informations. The hotel is not worth the high season rates. . |

Excellent location,clean. Could not have two keys to a room and this was not practical at all. There was problem with the toilet seat, requested to have it fixed, nothing happened. Staff opened the door of the room twice without knocking. This really annoyed us. |

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel porque su situación es inmejorable y el precio me pareció interesante. En esta ocasión la habitación que nos asignaron era más grade que la de la otra vez y las ventanas daban a Via della Croce. Estupendo, estancia muy agradable. Se echa de menos el desayuno. |

Disponibilità e cortesia del personale, qualità del servizio, collocazione in centro, insomma tutto quello che uno cercherebbe a Roma Forse pareti e soffitti sono troppo "sottili", si è costretti ad ascoltare quello che succede nelle altre stanze, in alcuni casi può essere divertente, in altri soffri della libertà degli altri (tv ad alto volume, chiacchierate notturne, etc.) |

A localização é excelente...próximo de diversos restaurantes e de algumas das principais atrações de Roma. Quartos reformados e com acesso à internet. O único incoveniente do hotel se deve ao fato de não possuir portaria...o check-in e out são realizados na portaria de outro hotel da rede que se encontra a alguns metros do mesmo. |

A proximidade com a Piazza di Spagna, a Via Condotti e inúmeros restaurantes de qualidade, fazem do hotel uma ótima opção neste período de baixa estação. Por não oferecer luxo, o valor da diária na baixa estação torna-se vantajoso e a relação qualidade/preço equilibrada. O problema do aquecimento do banho que não foi solucionado. Apesar da troca de quarto, em ambas acomodações sofremos com a água do chuveiro oscilando entre quente e gelada ! |

Η τοποθεσία ήταν κεντρικότατη και βολικότατη, με πολλά καφέ τριγύρω και φυσικά όλα τα καλά μαγαζιά για ψώνια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο και καθαριζόταν καθημερινά, το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Οι τιμές του πρωινού και του mini bar είναι λίγο τσιμπημένες. |

Localização e conforto do quarto Fechei com o hotel um serviço de transfer para o aeroporto, e quando cheguei na recepção no horário combinado, as 5 hs da manhã, o recepcionista não sabia de nada, teve que chamar um taxi de um "amigo" às pressas, o taxista era um bêbado, dirigia feito um louco a 160 km/hr, enfim....a última impressão do serviço do hotel foi péssima. |
