The Condotti Palace Deluxe Hotel was convinently located from Spagna Metro which is no more than a 5 min walk. It was also easily accessible to Piazza Spagna and Via Condotti Rd. Heading to the Spainish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and other monuments was also great as it was no more than 15 - 20 min walk. The rooms are brand new and well furnished. We would definitely come back to stay again. The only annoying thing was that we had to leave the keys with reception when we left the room. It was a bit of a hassle as the reception is in the main building around the corner from Via Croce Rd where the hotel is. |

Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned to A1 standard Our room was very small, only 2ft between bottom of bed and wall. Only 2 very small drawers for clothes, ample hanging room but had to live out of suitcase due to lack of space. Very noisy on all sides, too many nights without full sleep, could hear drilling, footsteps, snoring of man next door, bottles outside, voices in the hall, all in the early to mid AM!! Not impressed. |

Excellent reception staff. Room basic but satisfactory and the balcony extension was a bonus. Poor service and very limited choice at breakfast. Very overpriced. The roof garden that was advertised did not exist. |

Sobre todo, su excelente ubicación. Las instalaciones son nuevas y eso se agradece. La atención de la "signora" durante el desayuno en el hotel Condotti. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, incluso la suite jr. con la cama supletoria abierta. Tener que dejar (y recoger) la llave en el Hotel cada vez que sales o entras. |

Die Lage ist einfach genial: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Das Frühstück im benachbarten Restaurant ist sehr eingeschränkt. Wenn die Croissants (sehr lecker) weg sind, gibt es nur noch Pizzabrötchen oder den Bäcker nebenan. |

Buena situación Es incomodo, la cama muy mala. Mucho ruido. No tiene recepción, hay que ir a la calle de al lado a por la llave, es más una pensión más que un hotel. Mala calidad en general. Las habitaciones no son grandes como anuncian. Cuidado si te ofrecen transporte, el taxi son 40 euros precio cerrado, aunque te dicen que es más. |
