The one thing I think they could do is clean the carpet in the hallway of the separate building as it's quite smelly.

The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Although the hotel is located on a buzzing strip of shops, and eateries, our room was surprisingly quiet.

Location and large room

Lady at reception, great location, tea and coffee making, nice and clean, supermarket near by for baby supplies.

Very cramped family room, breakfast isn't good, no fresh fruit or fruit juice. Can be noisy at night due to central location.

Location is undoubtedly the best aspect and friendly reception staff.

We stayed in a 2 connecting rooms for 5 adults. Two main problems here - 1). it sounds like it would be 2 bedrooms connecting, instead its one main bedroom and one small entrance room where bedsofas are used to make up beds for remaining "3 adults". This is fine for small children but I would never say it catered for 5 adults as very tight. 2) the main bedroom or neither bathrooms had any windows. Just 2 smaller windows in entrance room which feels a bit claustrophobic. This is not what I had expected having stayed elsewhere in 2 bedrooms at similar prices.

We loved the location and the originality of room 418, but simplify the light switches, pleases!

Our entire family of six ( 2 adults and 4 teenaged children) loved this hotel--the staff was very friendly and helpful, with excellent restaurant recommendations and went out of their way to be accommodating to us in every way. The best part about this hotel is it's location. It is around the corner from the Spanish steps and is in the heart of one the prime shopping and eating districts in Rome. You walk out the door of the hotel and you are in the middle of the action. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again on future trips to Rome.

The rooms, like many hotels in Europe, are not very large and breakfast was not included in the room rate. However, for 10 Euro a person, breakfast is available and given the high restaurant prices in the area, it is actually a good value to eat at the hotel in the morning.

Stuff members are polite. freindly and doing the best to make you comfortable.

Location. Ideal, a block from Spanish Steps and tons of restaurants. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, bathroom small but nice. Very quiet place. Bed was good.

We were in the "annex" building, so our breakfast was a very simple in-room affair (instant coffee, cookies). No matter, there are tons of cafes nearby.

This is my 2nd stayed in Condotti,,I always choose in Condotti because the location,location,location within walking distance to anywhere interesting place in ROME The staffs very friendly and nice, large rooms Very love this hotel than any hotel in italy I was stayed

Hotel is in a very good location near the Spanish Steps and very good value for money considering the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
