TOP Hotel Park Bologna  

i did not kile the following 1- at the my arrivel they dedect full amount of booking.com blooked for security. 2- i asked them in staed of 3 night i stay two night and provide me one night extra roon but they refusedhow ever the room was avalable. 3-i sujest to use the resturent and spend mony for the third night i do not want to stay they refused. 4-i had dooked 3 night for euro 576 but they billed me two night of each 288 euro. 5-we had booked triple room but they have added on small bed like additional bed and the room was so small. 6- the resturent service was so bad. 7-brackfast was too poor and without service. 8-sttaf at reciption were not proftional anf frindly. 9-the buliding condition and design is 30-40 yars back.

Countryside location. Fresh air and green fields outside.

Located far from city center and Bologna Fair. Taxi cost apx. 30 euro. No shops or restaurants to go. Located nearby railroad and it makes some noise. You need a car to stay there.

Old, in the middle of nowhere, not comfortable

there is far away from city center... You wrote 16 km far away from city center but you change 3 bus for go to hotel...

Nothing, the worst hotel in my life, I will never, never, never, ever visit this hotel!

The stuff is very impolite, they didn't want to call us a taxi, they stole our cell phone witch we forgot in the hotel lobby, we came back after few minutes and the phone was gone.... We complained to the Night Receptionist he said that the Security Cameras are not in use????????? Then tomorrow we complained again to the Manager He said that the camera witch is positioned in the lobby is not working, all other are working but not covering the lobby????????? The breakfast is terrible, only Pork meat, even the coffee is not warm, the rooms are not clean, the fridge is more heating then cooling... Disgusting, worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

la posizione dichiarata sul vostro sito è distante altri 4km. no frigo bar per 4 stelle. no colazione. camera matrimoniale uso singola con due lettini per nani. niente sapone in bagno.

Está bien ubicado para personas que posean auto. Los desayunos son bastante buenos, y el personal es muy amable y colaborador. El baño es espacioso.

El hotel se presenta como un cuatro estrellas, pero no lo es. Las habitaciones están deterioradas, los colchones de las camas vencidos.

Pomimo w miarę miłego personelu, totalny brak zainteresowania gośćmi. Przyjazd w piątek pobyt do niedzieli zostaliśmy umieszczeni ma 1 piętrze a z nocy z soboty na niedzielę odbywały się dwa wesela. Więc o spaniu mozna było zapomnieć. Po awanturze w recepcji p godz 2:30 w nocy łaskawie dostaliśmy klucze do innego pokoju. Ogólnie masakra nie polecam

praticamente nulla. la struttura è di grandi dimensioni ma in stato di degrado. per dare un esempio nella stanza c'è il frigo ma non funziona perchè non si può attaccarlo alla presa di corrente che è troppo distante.tv di dimensioni mini con segnale va e vieni.servizi igienici privi di prodotti.

praticamente tutto. escludo di tornarci e consiglio di eliminarlo dalla vs. offerte.

Solo podria decir que me ha gustado una cosa.....las vistas que lo rodean,solo vale para hacer senderismo

Un hotel sucio,la limpieza brilla por su ausencia,e incluso dentro de las habitaciones te encuentras roturas por todos lados,mobiliario destrozado,bombillas al aire....ademas esta situado al lado de un nigt club y cuando llegamos por la noche habia un monton de gente haciendo sus necesidades en las paretas de detras del hotel que daban a las habitaciones...en resumen,una porqueria de hotel y ademas tienes el paso del tren a solo unos metros.

l'edificio è in buono stato ma le camere sembrano uscite da un film anni '70, avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione

Hotel difficile a trovare con il navigatore, anche dopo aver chiamato in hotel(staff per niente soddisfacente alla richiesta di info sull'ubicazione dello stabile)
