Friendly helpful staff. Large bedroom with high traditional ceiling and very pretty breakfast dining room looking over the river. 5 minutes walk into the heart of the city but easily accessible buy car from main roads with parking to rear. |

Great view of the Arno. Nice antique furniture. The room was pretty shabby, needed a fresh lick of paint. The handle to the bathroom door was broken so you could not lock the door. There was a shared terrace outside our room which had a lovely view during the day but was used by other guests at night for their own private party. They made a lot of noise and I couldn't get to sleep until they went to bed. |

hugly room with very high ceiling and broken furnitues; the smallest television ever with bad working taped remote control; shower doors not closable, long hairs on the tiles in the corners of the bathroom; only one electric plug in room (fridge tv lamp); not working tiny fridge. Wifi 3 euro 1h when every hotel today provides this service for free or reasonable cost. |

Le calme et la situation pas trop loin du centre et au bord de l'Arno.Le parking. Beaucoup de charme malgré nombreux défauts La chambre n'avait pas de rideau alors qu'elle était située au rez de chaussée coté rue,les sanitaires étaient très vétustes jusqu'à en paraitre sales.La télévision était très ancienne .L'éclairage était insuffisant. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée.Besoin urgent de travaux de rafraichissement |

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed ud til floden og det er umiddelbart charmerende opbygget. Værelserne trænger til en kærlig hånd, nyt tapet, maling og nye møbler. Desuden skal der gøres ordentligt rent. Hotellet har alle muligheder for at blive meget fint. Og så skal morgnemaden være mange gange bedre. |

Il personale molto gentile e attento. Bella la posizione lungo il fiume. Il bagno ristrutturato è sempre apprezzato, anche se privo di mensole che di fatto farebbero comodo per un migliore utilizzo. Ottima l'assenza di moquettes in camera, è tutto più pulito. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole e mi sono trovata bene , l'hotel potrebbe essere di molto abbellito in quanto è molto ben ubicato ed è in un edificio antico con soffitti alti e spazi comuni di effetto . Secondo me bisognerebbe curare di più i particolari (fissi, infissi, arredamento hall). |

La situation géographique de l'hôtel proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Très belle vue pour les chambres situées côté du fleuve arno. Possibilité de parking. Grosse surprise en entrant dans la chambre le 2ème soir,aucun ménage n'a été fait (ni le lit, ni la salle de bain) : suite à notre réclamation, on nous a attribué une nouvelle chambre. Petit déjeuner trop succint. |
