Good location, close to Termini station. Bathroom extremely small. Shower was probably 2 feet by 2 feet. Good value for the money. |

The last two years I stayed at Duca De Alba in Cavour but I much preferred hotel Contila. I would return to Contila again. There was not a bar as such in the hotel. A bar would benefit the hotel I think. There was not a pool. I do appreciated that this is just a small hotel. My stay was a very pleasant one. |

The room for 4 persons had two separate rooms, which made it very comfortable for 2 families. The bathroom was large and very clean. The location to the Termini station made getting around Rome very easy. The apartments located just outside our room. The crying child was a bit annoying, but when you close the windows and turn on the air, it's harder to hear. |

We liked the location, the price, and the elevator. We also brought our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. It was a good family hotel as well. It is very convenient to the train station and tour buses in Rome. The staff is very friendly, speaks English, and is helpful. |

the location of the hotel is really good. u can easily get to anywhere the breakfast is really not good. The juice was from sweet powder. Just two kinds of bread, one of them is too much sweet, the other one is too much hard like stone! It is Italy, however, the coffee is poor, tasted even much worse than the instant coffee! |

Close proximity to railway and bus depots. Walking distance to many of Rome's historical sights, museums and churches and plenty of local restaurants. |

Clean, friendly, convenient location for transport around the city. Fairly quiet (for Rome!) Breakfast bar reasonably good. Quite expensive for the standard of the facilities, but that is not unusual in a capital city. |

The hotel staff was very polite especially at the reception. The hotel is located very close to the termini station and there are lot of eat out options in the vicinity. The internet facility in the room was too good. The breakfast had very little options to select from. |

We were looking for a hotel in the center of Rom which was not too expensive. The hotel Contilia fulfilled both requirements. Our room (216) was very small but had air conditioning and was always very clean (no bed bugs or other insects). You can walk in less than 5 minutes from the hotel to the central train station Termini. The employees spoke English and were always very helpful. The room was quite small (but we didn't mind too much), breakfast was very repetitive (will probably be a problem if you stay there for a longer time, minibar seemed broken (but we didn't use it). |
