reception was kind to help me on printing my e-tickets. the toilet/bath/wash basin didnt have it own doors. isolation of it by a door would make the room perfect. + a hot water kettle will be good. |

The location of the hotel is comfortable for having easy way both to Termini and the historical center. The room is good furnished, the size is not very big, but enough for comfort leaving. The breakfast is good. |

Location near the central station. Fairly quiet considering it's location. Good airconditioning, comfortable bed. Decor in rooms is tired. Breakfast buffet could include fruit since it must be cheap and plentiful in Rome. |

Nothing except the location is close to the Termini Station. The entire stay was miserable! I thought it was a nice and comfortable hotel. This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed during our trip. We've paid 70 euros for the extra person for nothing. We were told that they couldn't provide us the extra bed and we're ok with that. But at least they should have given us an extra pillow. I requested 4 times and no one could even call us back to explain why we didn't get any... not until we checked out. They didn't even change the linens nor replenish the shampoo, we were given only 2 for our entire stay! I didn't even get enough sleep because their king size bed was just 2 twin beds put together and i happened to be in the middle with no pillow! A very disappointing trip! |

Helpful gentleman at reception at night. Basic but clean room. Typical Roman hotel which would cost less, anywhere else in Europe. fine for a short stay. |

Room too small, located in another building, I had to go thru a few locked doors every time in order to reach it, and had to ring to the desk to open it. A bit annoying. |

I did not like the fact that someone from the staff took our cigarettes from our room and smoked them in our room and left the fag in the toilet. It is quiet unconfortable knowing that someone is going through your personal belongings.very dissapointing. |

The hotel is very close to the main station (Termini) so it's very easy to get there. It was very quiet during the night!!! In my opinion the beds are very hard but others might like that |

I liked the hotel, it was very friendly the staff were helpful and the location was near the the termini - the metro and buses so convenient to get around. Plenty of low cost restuarants in the area very good value. The rooms were small and the lighting was very poor, otherwise no problem. |

Hotel is in a good location for all of the main sites, and is also close to train station and metro line. The hotel is in an apartment block and some of the rooms have to be accessed via multiple security doors, breakfast was also shocking, but there are lots of good coffee bars close by. |
