Location, the breakfast
The flock wallpaper and satin-look bedspread. Very old fashioned and inappropriate for a hotel now-a-days.
Location very close to the main station. Lots of restaurants around.
Bad smell in the room. Bathroom is very small. Old room and old furnishings.
location to station and tourist spots
size of room, very small, more like a single not a double size. bathroom small, a large person would struggle to get in and out. breakfast average. Reception staff Ok, didn't make any effort to provide a map or give directions to the sites.
It was excellent just because the traffic. Nice autentic breakfast.
Very loudly, the neighboors doors and the staff also, just like the street noise, because we was on the 1st floor.
It was clean ,quite and very handy to all sites and facilities. We would stay here again
No Fridge, Tea or Coffee we were not in the main hotel but in ongoing renovated part in next build door building
The people who helped us by fixing some initial problems, as well as, answering questions related to numerous things that we were unfamiliar with. Very close to buses and trains. Breakfast was very good, but the same every day. It was really a lovely dining area.
The location of the hotel is close to the train station, restaurants and the Coliseum
wifi wasn't in the room itself but was available in the reception area
Good location, nice staff,reasonable price
Very small room!!!! Poor breakfast.
Hard to sleep due to mattresses There was a tv with a blue light flashing all night . Old room needs updating .staff seemed friendly . Location near train station, , so not in best area
Good continental breakfast.
Bathrooms too small for a 3 star hotel. This should be rated as a 2 star hotel.
Nice location near transport and resturants
The price was very high for a basic room in an apartment block
position is really good. very close to the station.
bath room is small breakfast is not as good as other 3 stars hotels only one device can use the free wifi.
Location near termini
The hotel in side and the reception in side !! No chattaf, small toilet
Good location when using train and metro. Good breakfast.
Wi-Fi terrible. Mostly could not get it. Shower too hot hard to balance cold.
nice little bit small room
room was clean and a decent size although bathroom was very basic. It is close to Roma Termini station and the Underground. Breakfast was good
our actual room was in a different building a few doors down. Did not like the fact that we had to unlock 3 doors to get into our room. Also this area around Rome station is becoming a bit seedy. Felt a bit uncomfortable. You need to wary of some of the people on the street particularly at night.
The place is very close to the train station
A little sketchy the neighborhood, not the nicest place. The hotel is weird, we had a room on another building, the staf at the front desk is not the nicest and their wifi is terrible!
The hotel is about 2 blocks from the Termini Train Station and bus depot area so its very convenient. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We ended up getting a smoking room but it didn't smell smoky, and that was OK as we were all smokers anyways but we didn't smoke in the room as we were for one night only.
- Convinient location if you are traveling by train: only two blocks from Termini central station. It's also safe there at night because there are always a lot of people on the streets. - Good price - Friendly personal
- The room was on the first floor, so it was a bit noisy, especially in evening when local restaraunts are crowded. Closing a window helps. - Wi-Fi was barely working in the room, so I had to go to the lobby to get connection. Wi-Fi password works only for a single device and you have to pay 2 Euro for each additional device -Breakfast is standard and not very good, but this was expected. Most dissapointing was a coffee, wich tasted like instant coffee - not what you would expect in Italy
The Breakfast - Wide selection. Poor Quality.
The cot style bedding. Dark lighting. Broken tiny shower stall. A charge for second user for useless WiFi. Mediocre breakfast.
It was a nice hotel and the staff were very helpfull
The 2ft x 2ft shower !
Everything was perfect, hotel stuff members spoke english and were very helpful and nice.the location was perfect close to main metro and bus station, very easy transfer to airport.Rooms were clean ,comfortable, breakfast was delicious, really recommend this hotel.
I cant think of anything ,everything was really great.
