Hotel Continental e Dei Congressi  

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Hotel staff were excellent. Room was lovely, great shower, lovely sea view. Breakfast was good, lots of choice! (dont expect a fry up, its Italy) Private beach at the back of the hotel and lovely pool at the front! Hotel is situated on busy street with shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop outside hotel. I would definitley stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rimini.

Hotel is good, rooms are clean, bathroom is enaugh size, breakfast is good.

We waited lift more than 20min. We wass on 3-th floor and we waited lift 20 min with bagguages.

Great location, staff, breakfast, price. Overall an very good experience at a very attractive price.

The only comments I have that are not excellent is that the bedroom and bathroom were of good size, but needed updating. The fittings and furniture were all good quality, but I would suspect over 10 years old. The tv was updated and good, but the general feel of the room plus the lack of power points by the desk space showed its age. The shower was 'mean' in size and any refit should include al larger shower cubicle. These are little things for a 1 night stay, but would become an issue for a longer stay

Fantastic location

Upon arrival, very little was explained to us (what time breakfast was, what facilities were available, how the beach package worked etc). The room was slightly disappointing - small, poor air conditioning and we were not given the option of two twin beds.

Very good Hotel. Nice and secure Parking. nice breakfast. Good value for money.

Nothing really bad apart that within the room air was a bit dry.

Colazione internazionale abbondante e di buon livello. La spiaggia 32 La Fenice, partner dell'hotel per il pacchetto spiaggia, ci ha colpito per la cordialita' e disponibilita' del personale. Ve la consiglio.

Struttura che non e` da considerare certamente come 4 stelle. Lo staff interno sembra del tutto improvvisato, dalla receptions alla sala da pranzo. Le camere sono malconcie e necessitano di ristrutturazione. La camera all'arrivo ci e' stata consegnata in pessime condizioni igieniche, tant'e' che il giorno successivo, su mia lamentela, si sono prodigati nel cambiarmela. La ristorazione serale non e' di livello e I cibi sembrano precotti di bassa qualita', giusta per un 4 stelle? Non credo proprio... Ci siamo fidati dei commenti sul sito ma siamo rimasti delusi che I giudizi fossero in netto contrasto con la realta'.

Lo staff è molto disponibile, la posizione buona.

La pulizia della camera è carente.

Gli aspetti negativi riscontrati sono I seguenti: Albergo a 4 stelle con porta del box doccia scardinata, coperta di lana sul letto macchiata, prima colazione con prodotti che ritengo non di qualità come ripeto per un albergo a 4 stelle.

Camere molto confortevoli.

Solo la posizione

Struttura decadente, camere non perfettamente curate, condizionatori vecchi e rumorosi.

O quarto frente da praia, o cafe da manha.
