Very friendly staff and very accommodating . Excellent WIFI and free Good and adequate breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel

Fantastic location, the best in Santa Margherita, beautiful garden overlooking the see. Great breakfast with sea view included in the room rate! Excellent valet parking for 12€ only.

The room without the seaview was cheap. I only paid 100€ per room, but it is nothing more than a three star rating. The hotel is 4 star, the room was 2-3 star. To stay well, you need to book the seaview rooms which cost more than a double!

The view was magnificent and it was easy to travel the Riviera from here.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is brilliant on the cliff overlooking the beautiful gardens of hotel, the harbour and town. Close to train station and town. First three nights I was on the road side of the hotel, which can be a little noisy with the traffic. But thanks to a train strike, I had to stay another night but staff upgraded me to a balcony on seaside, for same price. I should of done this from day one, was wonderful. Both rooms I stayed in were well appointed and comfortable, but would of been nice to have tea and coffee in room.

I was surprised when we got to hotel, as I actually wasn't expecting much from the reviews I had read about hotel previously. I knew it would be great location and just a good hotel, but when we got there, wow! My husband was ecstatic and thought it unbelievably romantic. I was soaking it all in, because you never really know what a hotel is like until you get there in person. I instantly felt relaxed. To top it off, we received the top floor room that included a small balcony facing towards the sea, and a large terrace that also faced the sea, and continued with a 270 degree view of everything...Amazing !! We will never forget the time we spent there, and will return again one day.

I didn't like the poor quality of the staff especially at the reception or during the breakfast. The man at the reception was almost rude, didn't give any advices or tips about what was nice to discover in the region. A real disappointment for that type of Hotel and considering the price of the room (€ 270 the night).

Set on a beautiful coastline with lovely bathing area and gardens. Good gym and wellness centre. Bedrooms are a little 'old world' which has a certain charm. Friendly staff. Great location. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

The location was lovely and the surrounds, gardens and water views. The new rooms were nice. All was fine most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the gardens was lovely Close to main shopping and centre. We actually had not booked our next location so we had 2 more nights here. Unfortunately being peak season we were lucky to have the extra 2 nights but not in the same room.

The only think I could say they were a little scarce on the toiletries. The paper for the bathroom ran out and the body wash was not checked.The second room was all that was available at the time and was on the street side not recommended as they are dark.

Well situated, friendly and clean and close proximity to other good local attractions.
