Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Very nice and relaxing spahotel, suitable for all ages and types of travellers. A well kept toursim secret suitable for couples, conferences and elderly. Excellent pool and spa facilities for the aged travellers with a professional helpful service from staff. As a conference organiser, I think this hotel offers excellent facilities for smaller niche conferences and good pre-conference facilities or during siesta breaks. Might review coming back to look at the hotel to organise my conferences around. It is important that the drunk/group/teeager tourism does not blend with the current set-up or crowd. So far the large tour operators are out of this hotel, making it a romantic get-away for all others not bothered by mass tourism.:) |

The common spaces and the pool were very nice. Breakfast was nice too. / Abbiamo molto apprezzato la piscina e il decor dell'albergo. Per colazione c'era un'ampia gamma di prodotti (dolci e frutta fresca). The hotel was too far from the harbour, the shopping centre and the beach (15 min with public transportation+walking). The lower rate rooms (situated at the far end of the pine woods) are difficult to reach with luggage and are far from the four stars boasted by the hotel (dark, old, stuffy because of the low ceiling). / L'albergo era troppo lontano dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Inoltre, le stanze vicino la pineta (piccole, basse, per niente luminose) non sono assolutamente all' altezza delle quattro stelle dell' albergo. |

Private room, nice pools, good breakfast, pretty friendly staff, beautiful environment, wonderful garden, pretty good situation. Strict regulations for swimming (you couldn't swim whenever you want), too warm water in swimming pools, not refreshing at all. |

niente, in generale è accogliente.ma da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più. per essere 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più,ad esempio: la porta del bagno che non si apriva regolarmente,il televisore,non si vedeva bene per mancanza di segnale, il rubinetto del bidè schizzava acqua da tutte le parti. |

Il parco in cui è inserito l'hotel, le 5 piscine termali la posizione strategica il parcheggio il giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo, personale qualificato. curare di più le pulizie delle camere e della piscina tropicale. |

manga pooler Hotellet var opersonligt, personalen var dalig pa engelska. Internet fanns bara i receptionen och den funkade daligt. Ingen AC i receptionsomradet. Internet kostar 10 EURO/timme och inte 3 EURO som star i vouchern. Begarde ett smoking free rum och fick ett rum som kandes som ett cigarrhak. De bad inte ens om ursakt utan flyttade oss till ett annat rum efter 4h. |

ubicazione dell'hotel, non vicino alle spiagge e al centro ma servito bene dai mezzi pubblici, professionalità e disponibilità del personale, colazione abbondante, possibilità di noleggiare il motorino indispensabile se si vuole girare e conoscere l'isola, rapporto qualtà prezzo buono vegetazione non curata che dà l'idea un pò di trascuratezza, alcuni dettagli che non lo fanno sembrare un hotel a 4 stelle, da evitare ischia nel mese di agosto |

La struttura nel suo complesso: disposizione delle cemere come una sorta di piccolo villaggio, le numerose piscine, il tennis, il ristorante, ecc. Per essere un 4 stelle è un po' carente nei particolari soprattutto delle camere: qualche accessorio non ben funzionante, qualche porta un po' difettosa, apparecchio televisivo piccolo e non ben sintonizzato, frigo non molto fornito, ecc. |

L'Hotel si trova in un ottima posizione. Appena esci c'è la fermata del pulman ed in 10 minuti stai ad Ischia porto. Noi avevamo la formula B&B , quindi solo la colazione e vi posso garantire che ci è bastata per tutta la giornata. Ottime le piscine anche quelle termali. |
