The location is great, very near the train station ... you can see it from the front door The room was very small ... we asked to be moved and a day later they did. In general not bad, but somewhat tired. Staying in the old center would have been our choice had we known how lovely Treviso is .. it's like Venice, but cleaner and more quaint somehow .. |

It was right in the centre of Treviso. Staff were very accommodating. It is not modern or swish but it has a clean old world charm. Felt a little like a family run place. The breakfast was quite poor. |

My expectations were exceeded. I booked a family room for my husband and I and our 5 & 3 yr olds. We got 2 big spacious adjoining rooms which was essentially like a suite. I was becoming accustomed to small, cramped European hotel rooms lacking space to move, so this was a treat. The loading and unloading of the luggage from the car was a bit awkward on a relatively busy street. |

This hotel was very central and very near the railway station. The hotel bar was closed during my stay at the hotel. |

The hotel is perfectly situated for both the train station and bus station which are only minutes away on foot. Perfect for exploring the old town with plenty of places for eating out. |

Good location if arriving from Treviso airport by bus. We did not have a remote control for the air-conditioning in our room. It was after midnight and hot. After much searching, we eventually had to call downstairs to reception. The guy on the desk had to come up with the remote control and turn it on. He said each room had them in the past, but now there were only two in the entire hotel. A four-star hotel and only two such controls! |

friendliness of staff location of hotel cleanliness of facility amount of time passports were kept at desk was told this was required by management upon checkin I don't feel it is safe for visitors from other countries we needed to leave the hotel with our daughter and did not get our passports back for hours |

liked its old style and how close to the station it was breakfast was below average and the air conditioning was as antiquated as the hotel. i had to fiddle with it a lot to get it to work |

The rooms were very pleasant, well appointed and spotlessly clean. A great hotel for daily visits to Venice. It was convenient being able to leave the car in the nearby garage. Perhaps you should mention in your explanation about parking that the cost of this needs to be paid by cash in advance and that it is not linked to the hotel bill. |
