Quality of breakfast: bakery items and cheeses could be improved plus availability of a toaster.

Not told of building work when booking. Damp smell that through out the hotel. Very basic breakfast. Bread/rolls , dried croissants and cereal.

Excellent location or Treviso and train to Venice

Breakfast particularly poor , should have been a discount as extensive work being undertaken on property

The staff werefriendly and it was quite near Venice airport and realtively cheap. Thus it was just what we needed.

Location is very good since in centre of Treviso and near the railway station.

The breakfast was very very poor with practically nothing except rolls, butter and cheese spread. Fruit which was not very fresh and two cereals. Better breakfasts are served in 3 star hotels.

Excellent location for visiting Venice. Train Station is across the road. Basic but good breakfeast. Rooms are bright and airy. I would stay there again.

the position was great and loved the old style opulence. staff were helpful and friendley, room large and very clean. very quiet and dignified hotel.

4 stars? No way. More like a budget 2 star hotel. A real shock. Not a pleasant one.

Close to the station, the town center and Piazza dei Signori. It is a little bit old fashion but in a nice way. Staff was friendly. The bar was comfortable.

We needed a luggage storage for 2 days while we are in Venice, and hotel staff has organized it for us.

Near the station. They gave me a double room on the 5th floor instead of a single. Thank you! Room was clean and big enough.

Familly Adams style, nothing has changed since it was built (I guess more than 50 years ago...) Also the breakfast was not really good I have never seen something like this hotel. I would not recommend to anyone

This is our third stay at the hotel Our previous stay was four years ago. We have noticed great improvement in the rooms . They seem to have been recently renovated and were immaculate and clean. Unfortunately the a/c in our room was not functioning well . Bathroom was large enough and comfortable . An added benefit is that the hotel is situated near railway station and near the bus stop of the no 6 bus which provides transport to the airport of Treviso. The staff were extremly helpful and bed linen was clean.

The most annoying negative point was the poor beakfast offered The bread and croissants were stale and tastless Even the coffee tasted horrible. I attributed this to the fact that it was a Sunday morning. Another annoying minor point is that the double bed was made up of two single bed approximated together Mind you this is the norm in most italian hotels.

Spacious sunny room, good internet connection, ample breakfast and close to the train station and Treviso sights. The public areas of the hotel - large lobby, breakfast room and bar - are also very attractive.

Friendly & helpful welcome, Alicia particularly made you feel at ease. Gave us choice of rooms. `Marital` room good size. Automatic light switch at room entrance. Mini-bar in room. Typical Italian old style rather than brash modern hotel, we loved it. Bar - good value, friendly barman but could offer crisps even if one sits at table! Staff speak good English. Breakfast was enjoyable even without meats and cheeses. Nearness to shops and transport, excellent.

Excellent location, directly opposite Train station with frequent trains for Venice and Airport 30minute journey at nominal cost, and 5minute stroll to Treviso centre. Hotel rooms clean and tidy,excellent continental breakfast included in price.

Hotel undergoing refurbishment.our room was an older room no proper shower. Really looked in need of an update.
