My expectations were exceeded. I booked a family room for my husband and I and our 5 & 3 yr olds. We got 2 big spacious adjoining rooms which was essentially like a suite. I was becoming accustomed to small, cramped European hotel rooms lacking space to move, so this was a treat. The loading and unloading of the luggage from the car was a bit awkward on a relatively busy street. |

The hotel is perfectly situated for both the train station and bus station which are only minutes away on foot. Perfect for exploring the old town with plenty of places for eating out. |

Good location if arriving from Treviso airport by bus. We did not have a remote control for the air-conditioning in our room. It was after midnight and hot. After much searching, we eventually had to call downstairs to reception. The guy on the desk had to come up with the remote control and turn it on. He said each room had them in the past, but now there were only two in the entire hotel. A four-star hotel and only two such controls! |

The rooms were very pleasant, well appointed and spotlessly clean. A great hotel for daily visits to Venice. It was convenient being able to leave the car in the nearby garage. Perhaps you should mention in your explanation about parking that the cost of this needs to be paid by cash in advance and that it is not linked to the hotel bill. |

Central location, easy to find (late at night!). Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was lovely. Unpleasant aroma (sort of mouldy-manky) near the lifts in the foyer. |

Very poor hotel. Definitely not even to close to 4 star quality. One would be disappointed even if it had a 3 star rating. Very poor hotel(especially considering it has a 4 star rating for some reason). Room was not clean. The paint was peeling off bathroom ceiling and the bottom of the bathroom door was rotten. There was no shower door and even the shower head could not be attached to high point of the wall. Also there was no bar or restaurant service. Overall very poor especially considering the rate. |
