The rooms were clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities available. The breakfast on the terrace was good and more than sufficient. Drinks at the bar, especially wine and beer were quite expensive. |

The hotel was quite attractive. My party of five women felt very safe. The staff, on all shifts, was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and tasty. The breakfast staff was clearly overwhelmed and could not respond to requests for coffee, tea, etc. that were in the control of the wait staff. Sea gulls on the terrace during breakfast were a nuisance which will soon be a very serious problem for guests. |

location is the best thing about this hotel We turn up at 2pm, it time for check in but the room is not ready. They said the room will be ready at 2:30pm. We returned at 3pm, and they let us wait for 15 minutes without any explaination or apology. The bathroom is the worst without shower curtain, broken toilet paper holder and a not working shower head. |

We enjoyed staying in your hotel, the location was easy to find end very close with the central of venice and train station. the Hotel has comfy rooms and a cozy portico the bathroom is too small for 4 persons and the hotel has to put something on to cover up the guests when they take a shower |

I loved it that I asked for a view of the Canal (we only stayed 1 night) and got it. Venice was crowded, hotel full, but staff very helpful. Room excellent for the price we paid. Breakfast good, restaurant right on the canal which was terrific For the price we paid we were really happy with this hotel. Thoroughly recommend. |

Close proximity to train station..didn't have to drag our suitcases over any steps or bridges. The hotel is in the heart of great restaurants, shopping & canal transport. We had a fantastic room overlooking canal & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very efficient & helpful. Would definitely stay again. |

The location, breakfast was good (not very wide but plenty of eggs and bacon), big room with canal view. Free internet. Not very specific about half board, it was not clear what you can get for dinner, and the menu has not changed for three days of our stay. |

I was very happy when they arranged me a double room with a canal view. Location is excellent that it's close to the train station. Room is clean. Room is small. Breakfast is just so-so that can be further improved. |

Just 200 meters from the train station - convenient location when pulling luggage. Excellent food at restaraunt at affordable prices. Quad room available to accomodate our family of 4. Clean. |

Well situated in the less commercialised area of Venice, more like the real Venice which a traveller expects. Perfect view of the Grand Canal from their superior rooms. |

The location of this hotel is the only the only good thing about it. its very close to the train station and the water bus. The beds were extremly uncomfortable. Rooms were dark and grotty. The bathroom was in very bad shape. Needs to be refurbished. |
