Отличный отель. Достался номер с видом на Гранд Канал. Все чисто, куча полотенец. Отличный завтрак. В Италии это редкость. По ТВ нет русскоязычного канала. Пригодилась бы шторка в ванной. |

Гостиница расположена вдоль канала.Хорошее местоположение, рядом вокзал. Очень хорошие горячие завтраки, отзывчивый персонал. Чистые уютные номера. Бесплатный интернет. Были приятно удивлены заявлеными тремя звездами. |

Буквально в нескольких шагах от вокзала. Номер большущий, вид из окон чудесный. С wifi проблем не было. Завтрак неплохой (кроме кофе). Шторка для ванны отсутствует, слив очень медленный - поэтому принимать душ было неудобно и неприятно. Малость напрягал курильщик с верхнего этажа - стряхивал пепел на наш подоконник. |

Большие номера, что не характерно для Венеции. Удачное месторасположение отеля, что хорошо для туристов, которые остановились на 1-2 дня. |

месторасположение очень удобно, вид на большой канал, тихая музыка в ресторане и на ресепшн, хороший завтрак, приятный интерьер, услужливый персонал слабый сишнал wifi, не работал полотенцесушитель |

Proximity to the sights of venice, closeness to good restaurants, walking distance to Piazza di San Marco and Canale Grande The beds were too narrow. My son and I are 1.95m tall and broad- shouldered and were afraid to fall out of the beds. I would not recommend this hotel to any tall or big person |

The hotel is located at the cross of all Venetian roads (train, bus, water transport - all lines in few steps!). And tea/coffe maker is feature just for me - I like to drink a tea not only during breakfast :) And a lot of temptaions are in shops with sweets around of the hotel :) Breakfast could be better. I've read here that they have cooked breakfast - it is not so. Moreover, there was not choice - any vegetables, only boiled eggs and omelet... |

Its near to railway staion and within reach of other sightseeing places. I liked to walk around Venice, and the location of hotel was perfect for that. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. We requested for an early check in and they provided. So all in all my stay in this hotel was comfort and pleasant. |

Location is everything! If this is your first trip to Venice, look no more. The hotel is conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from Piazzale Roma -- this is where you arrive if you take a bus from the airport or travel by cart -- and literally around the corner from the train station. Therefore no need to strut across town with all that luggage in tow. The vaporettos that stop 100 m from the hotel will take you anywhere, including the express DM line that goes directly to Murano island. Opt for the canal view, and you will stay in a big room with high ceilings, a rare treat in Venice. The breakfast was good. An elevator is also in place. The rooms aren't that much soundproof, so if you're a really light sleeper, stay elsewhere. You not onlly get a Grand canal view (not that there's much to see), but also the sound of boat engines. And of your neighbor's running water, too. And it's also true about the shower curtain missing. I struggled not to spill water all over the place, but is was inevitable. But there's lots of towels to wipe it all up. Although in some smaller rooms they do have shower cabins. |

Location was great next to railway, bus and water route stations. Room was comfortable and clean, Overall seemed a little jaded but in keeping with age of hotel, Staff were not very friendly particularly reception staff though this could have been .language barrier. Room was not ready till nearly 4pm. |

Front desk staff really nice, stored our luggage until check in time and offered free one-way boat ride to Murano -- which we did. Upon return, our room was ready. Very hospitable and friendly first impression. Hand-held shower in bathroom a bit awkward but the bathroom was huge and well-appointed .... |

location, food (vegetarian pasta), restaurant table at lake view elevator very old and the carpet smell bad & small, There is no business center... I ask to print a paper form my laptop or the internet and they said we don't cooperate with me !!! |

The view was amazing, the room was small but extremely clean and contained all the necessaries. It is in a great location. The soundproofing is not great, you can hear conversations in adjoining rooms but not really an issue as in Venice you don't spend much time in your room. |

I felt it was a welcoming, attractive hotel. The position was excellent. Air conditioning was essential and the lobby and restaurant most attractive. My room was serviced to a very good standard, it was functional and clean. I had a lovely view as requested. Certainly value for money. The restaurant food was nice, if the service was sometimes slow the view was wonderful. Young waiters delightful, older waiters professional as were all the staff. Only the matress. It sunk in the middle and had lost it's spring. However the linen etc. was fine. |
